Epithalon

I just started epitalon last night. First dose of 500mcg. Planning on doing that for twenty nights.

I'm not sure if it's placebo but I feel fantastic today, woke up feeling refreshed and I'm feeling very energetic today.

I had one 10mg Epthalon NA vial and I used it at 500mcg for 20 days. It was the best sleep of my life. Now the battle has started again. I am currently dependent on an oral stack with the following ingredients.

  • Pure Kavain (≥98% (+)-kavain) — 400 mg
  • Oleamide (≥98% cis-oleamide) — 200 mg
  • Scutellaria baicalensis Extract (85% baicalin) — 200 mg
  • Apigenin (98% from chamomile) — 100 mg
  • Tetrahydromagnolol (≥95% THM) — 50 mg
  • Melatonin — 2 mg
Hey what happened to CandyCap? She got banned?

Ever try plain old Magnesium Glycinate? Works wonders for my sleep, especially falling back asleep if I wake up in the middle of the night

Also Honokiol positively affects sleep. You should maybe check that out too. It's got other benefits as well (like MMP-2, MMP-9 suppression, Sirt3 activation, and more).

The Econugenics, HonoPure brand is what I've been using; it's a cleaner extract, but it costs more.

i've been running epitalon 1mg SQ every night before bed for about 10 days. can't really say anything about sleep quality because i started it right before going on vacation for a week, but i do notice more vivid dreams for sure. i plan to run for 25 days before taking a break.

is there anything specific people look for in their sleep trackers in relation to this pep? i use a fitbit / google health for tracking. my weekly graphs usually look crazy because i have one night a week where i frequently have to stay up very late, but otherwise i am consistent about sleep schedule.

Hi all, just a question, Yes Epitalon has a sleep benifits however it's not it's main functions, if Sleep is your main goal, why would one not start with the likes of DSIP. Is there other reasons

Cheers

I ran a cycle of Epitalon at 5 mg per day for 20 days earlier this year. I didn’t really feel any different during or after the cycle.

But since quitting Reta, I’ve realized that several peptides I thought “weren’t working” may have been masked by Reta. Now that Reta is fully out of my system, I’m considering running Epitalon again to reassess it properly.

I’ll probably order NA-Epitalon next and see whether it feels any different. I’m planning to research 1 mg per day this time.

i use Reta 7mg a week and take Epitalon 2.5mg for 20 days only every 6 months so twice a year

The 5mg per day dosage is based on the original trials using Epithalamin which is approx 10 times weaker than synthetic version in epithalon. It would stand to reason that the Epithalon dosage should be 500mcg per day.

Food for thought

I’m very well aware of this “argument.” I felt nothing at 5mg, so I doubt I would have felt anything at 1mg. But I did say that I’m willing to experiment with the popular dose, 1mg, if that puts your mind at ease.

Hi guys, Does anyone use Epithalon with Reta? I'd like to try it for sleep. Does it help? What dosage should I start with? Many say mcg, others mg.

Honestly added significant amounts of deep sleep, like an extra 3rd, to my night by my taking 2mg (but of a high dose) of Epitalon when I wake up to pee between 12-1am.

Like others have noted Epitalon at that does is making me kinda sleepy during the day but I’ve been finding opportunities to close my eyes for a 15 min nap halfway through work. Frequent naps on the weekend and whenever else. Getting more total sleep.

Hasn’t fixed my hard limit on 5-6.5 hrs a night but I’ll take sleep wherever and whenever I can get it and Epitalon helps with this.

I bookmarked a couple of dosing sites. It's best to have a few on hand when trying new peptides, as some are based on legitimate research that they cite and link to (high quality), others use old/outdated research, and some just say "DO THIS" without any explanation and/or justification (low quality). If I find differences/discrepancies between my favorite dosing sites, I then turn to AI and try to figure out WHY there is a discrepancy. If both my sites are giving me duplicate info, I feel more confident in moving forward with the recommended dosing. That's probably the most practical approach the every day person who is not a medical doctor can take for trying to figure these things out 🙂

Here are my top 2 sites and what they say about Epithalon dosing:

Research Dosing: https://researchdosing.com/epithalon/ <-----(EDIT: For some reason, this site is now asking for a reference website. It may no longer be accessible.)

Peptide Dosages: https://peptidedosages.com/single-peptide-dosages/epitalon-epithalon-10-mg-vial-dosage-protocol/

EDIT: Here's another great resource you can use to triangulate/research your dosages for new peptides: https://pep-pedia.org/peptides/epitalon

Thanks

Started with epi 2 days ago, first dose 1mg second 2mg, stopped melatonin. Both nights were pretty rough, hard to fall asleep, some nightmares, sleep score is good btw. Dont know what to expect next, do epi needs more days to kick in ?

I think dose was too high for me, this night I will try 0.5mg dose. Let’s see, past nights sleep wasn’t good, awake at 5am every day.
