Does Cerebrolysin break down after an ampoule is opened?

Everpharma’s guidance is to use an ampoule right after opening it, I realize that. Still, I’m curious whether anyone has kept part of it and injected it 24hrs later.

When I bought the 10ml amps, my original idea—not exactly carefully considered—was to split the full 10ml between both thighs, 5ml each. These days I’d rather take just 5ml and save the remaining 5ml for the following day. The plan would be to pull it into a syringe, then use luer lock caps on the syringe and wrap it up so no light gets in before the next day’s use.
 
Same situation here. My routine: I crack open 2 amps together so that a single 22 micron filter gets used, after which the contents go into sterile 5ml vials.

Those vials sit in the fridge, and I won't go past 72 hours from when the ampoule was opened. Visually nothing changes and it ought to be fine; the immediate-use warning exists because improper storage can lead to contamination or degradation.

On another note, I'm wondering too — what does the Cerebrolysin feel like for you? Are you running it for the 1st time?

Great! Since my vials hold 5ml, that works well for me. To pull from the amps, I use needle filters. I haven't begun yet—this is my first go at it. When you take it, do you notice anything? Once I get started, I'll come back with an update. Whether that happens this week or the next, I'm not certain.

Those filters would be great to have, but I have had no luck locating them anywhere. My first 3 days were 3ml from the ampoules, after which I moved up to 5ml daily. There may be a mild energy lift, though nothing dramatic, and it has now been 1 week.

Since the protocol I am on calls for it, I will keep going for a month. I am trusting the process.

The remaining 5ml goes into a sterile vial, and I plan to use it before 24 hours pass.

To be honest, I don't notice any "feels" from this, or at least I haven't yet, though today is only day 7 for me. One thing I have observed is that my head isn't as worn out or hazy in the later part of the afternoon the way it normally is, but I can't rule out that this is simply because I'm watching for it more closely.

Originally I was dividing the 5ml IM injection into 2 shots of 2.5ml each, one in each thigh, but since the solution goes in very smoothly I now take the whole 5ml and alternate which thigh I use. Maybe it helps that the instructions say to inject very slowly and to spend 3 minutes injecting the 5ml.
