Do you keep an eye on your daily steps outside of your planned workouts? For instance, if you've already hit 10k steps today, would you reduce your cardio somewhat?
For me, I likely would.

My daily targets aren't very ambitious, so reaching 10k steps already counts as a small victory in my book. Once I've hit that number, I tend to dial down the cardio at the gym somewhat, though my weight training stays exactly as it is. I suppose I'm simply not the super intense workout type lol.Cheesin said:
I'm confident I hit 10k or more every day. I wear a fitness tracker, but I hardly ever actually "check" it.
I'm curious why you'd reduce your steps if you're already reaching 10k? More is better!

Which app do you use to keep track of them?ThePepPlanner said:
Data is only useful if you actually look at it lol. I prefer having steps right alongside doses and weight so patterns stand out instead of being scattered across 3 different apps
