Really?
I nearly made a sarcastic comment — something along the lines of how I've reused one needle ever since my first tirzepatide dose 20 months ago, giving it a wipe between injections and keeping it tucked in the couch cushions — but I thought better of it, since that could come across poorly.
All joking aside: after you've put that needle into yourself, it isn't sterile anymore, and neither is the syringe. Pulling in air and pushing it back out, or swabbing the needle down with alcohol, won't make it sterile again. Syringes cost so little that I really can't justify rolling those dice.
It's good that no infection has hit you and that things have gone fine up to this point, but honestly it sounds a lot like Russian roulette.
