I've had a few months on Cagri now. Looking back, I let the chatter about side effects shape my titration schedule more than it should have. Aside from some mild constipation, I've had zero sides on Reta, Tirz, or Cagri.
Right now my weekly Cagri dose is 1.25mg, stacked with 7.5mg Tirz and 4mg Reta. A few hours after injecting, I can feel the Cagri, but that fades within a few days. That's okay, since my schedule never leaves me far from the next GLP shot.
I'm 1 or 2 pounds from my first goal weight and now chasing a second one. My reason for trying Cagri was to learn how the peptide behaves. Were I to start it over, I'd titrate harder. For me, the sweet spot would land somewhere between 2mg and 3mg. No two people are alike, and my experience is just a data point.
Not long ago someone here pointed out how American it is to tinker with something that already works perfectly well. I got a kick out of that spot on remark. I have a few kits of Uther Elora headed my way, which I want to test as a replacement for my Cagri. Down the road, I'm sure improved versions of Tirz and Reta will show up, and I'll tinker with those too.
Zippy gets cranky around links, but
Dr. Kevin Joseph just put out a fresh video that discusses the difference between Cagri and Elora really well. It's worth tracking down.
