Hi everyone who loves peptides,

I began using Reta and have had really positive outcomes up to now, which has made me curious about adding other peptides on top of it.

So, just to experiment, I picked up a kit of each peptide listed below, since the benefits they claim seem appealing to me.

BPC-157 10 mg

GHK-Cu 100 mg

Epithalon 10 mg

NAD+ 500 mg

MOTS-C 10 mg

5-amino-1mq 10 mg

Selank 10 mg

Semax 10 mg

SS-31 10 mg

KPV 10 mg

I know it's smartest to introduce just 1 peptide at a time so I can judge both the good and bad effects.

My initial thought was to begin with Semax or Selank, then kick off the 14-week mitochondria protocol using NAD+, SS-31 and MOTS-C. But then I worked out that my SS-31 supply isn't sufficient for that. So I'll tweak the approach a bit so I can stretch the SS-31 I do have as far as possible.

I'm still undecided about how to sequence Epitalon, 5-amino-1mq, GHK-CU, KPV and BPC-157 after that.

If you were in my position, how would you handle the remaining peptides? Or would you scrap the whole plan and do something different?

Other than the mitochondrial peptides, the majority of these don't overlap in function, and plenty of them can be used concurrently (that said, I do think adding just 1 new item at a time is the smarter approach). On top of that, most come with their own cycle durations.

If it were me, I'd target a single symptom and deal with that first. Recovery feeling like a struggle? Then begin with your KLOW (BCP/TB500/GHK/KPV). If that goes well, move on to a different symptom. Dealing with ADHD/brain fog/anxiety? Then start Semax and Selank (my own routine is Semax before focused work and preworkout, and Selank after training and prior to sleep).

The 14 week mitochondrial plan has a strong reputation because it delivers results. Before you begin, I'd make sure to have enough SS31 on hand to complete it the right way. This stuff isn't cheap...you may as well extract the maximum benefit from it.

Epitalon doesn’t really overlap with the rest, and I haven’t come across many reports of people feeling a distinct effect from it. Instead, it’s something you assume is quietly doing its job behind the scenes, so timing it around other compounds isn’t really necessary and you don’t need to worry about separating it out. If your goal is to gauge how each one lands on you personally, then my advice would be to run GHK-CU and BPC-157 on their own first, before you move on to the KLOW, since those two are already components of the KLOW stack.

The Enhanced Man on YouTube is worth a look — he runs genetic testing following every epthalon cycle, and the results show his telomeres getting longer, his biological age dropping, plus other age markers. The findings are quite interesting.

I want to try Epitalon for its benefits and will run a cycle shortly. What I was getting at is that I haven't seen obvious shifts such as more energy or fat loss, the kind of thing others would notice. The internal effects, I do trust those. My point was that if Epitalon is taken together with a different peptide, it wouldn't muddy the picture of which compound is responsible for any visible physical results.

While epithalon might cause telomeres to lengthen, whether that lengthening actually leads to a longer lifespan remains unproven. No scientific evidence supports that idea. What we know is only a correlation: shorter telomeres tend to go along with earlier death.

When it comes to biological age testing, certain products aimed at consumers don't even give consistent readings from themselves. In other words, if you provide 2 samples for an age measurement at the same moment, you'll end up with 2 results that differ.
