Hey everyone

Curious whether anyone here has ever paired Elora with Reta and gotten positive results?

I realize this looks like a newer compound, but I was thinking maybe the better side effect profile made any difference?

Same question here — I'm keeping an eye on this thread.

According to the tracking, my Elora should arrive within the next 2-3 days.

I told myself I'd hold off until the next stall / plateau, but self discipline has never been my strong point.

In theory that sounds like a solid way to break past a plateau, but honestly I'm not coming across many folks who are pairing the two

Hmm

That's not much of a hmm—right now Elora is tough to make and tough to find, since it's so new.

Look through the forums and you'll find at least 2 or 3 folks sharing their Elora stories over the last few weeks.

The magnifying glass in the upper right corner is the search tool.

Indeed, several individuals—myself included—have shared their personal results, though the majority pair it with tirzepatide, whereas the original poster is asking specifically about retatrutide. Still, I would assume the outcomes would be comparable for both drugs. The two most commonly cited reports come from @chewonmysac and @Gohengrin, and as far as I know, both are combining it with tirz.

Perhaps those using reta don't hit the same stalls or plateaus that tirzepatide users do. With reta, the window for weight loss seems to last longer than with tirz. Have you reached the maximum dose of your reta? If your current dose is well tolerated, increasing the reta first might be more sensible than adding another compound.

I'm nowhere near the max dose — I've been moving up gradually: 1, then 2, and I only just took my 2nd 3 mg shot.

From what people report, Reta doesn't really hit its stride until you get to 4 mg, so my plan was to keep some around, tested, for pushing past stalls.

Still, the obvious move is to keep increasing Reta by itself first, rather than bringing in a 2nd compound and making everything more complicated.

My initial peptide was reta, and progress halted for quite a while. Reactive hypoglycemia hit me hard, so I decided to move over to tirz since that issue appears to occur less often with it. At this point I'm using tirz alongside elora, and the combination is working well. It made a big difference for the plateau.

Appreciate you sharing how things are going! Good to hear the combo of tirz and elora is treating you well! I'm roughly 4 weeks in myself and also feeling decent.

The original poster wanted info on pairing reta with elora, and posts on that combo are pretty scarce around here — though a big difference wouldn't really be expected. Still, over on TG and Discord, plenty of people are actively writing about reta + elora.

So what does your dosing look like at this point? Only if you're up for sharing.

Once those vials arrive, I’ll share how Reta + Elora worked for me 🙂

That's great! Wishing you the best with elora. Looking forward to hearing how it goes for you.

Are you going to tweak the pH, or will you just use standard bac?

Thanks so much!

I can't make up my mind. Since I've always mixed my Cagri the usual way, I'm still undecided. How about you?

For cagri I used normal bac to reconstitute, and elora got the same treatment. That said, I never pushed a mixed vial past roughly 30days (5 injections), unfinished or not.

Adjusting to 8pH with bicarb has crossed my mind, though it drags a pile of extra complications along with it. Currently at 2mg, so the loss is honestly just a handful of milligrams. Once I hit 3mg, there likely won't be anything going to waste.

Assuming elora behaves like cagri, the pH thing is about tuning the solution to be "ideal" across the many storage situations found in the supply chain. Plus those 30 days refrigerated where degradation or aggregation stays minimal. That's what I'm hoping, anyway. There's some testing in progress on this.

It seems like all of those Uthers are pretty overfilled at roughly 12mg — when you reconstitute, do you go by that figure or by 10mg?

I went from 14mg Reta plus 2.4mg cagri over to 12mg Reta plus 3mg elora, dosing every 7 days.

4 doses in, and my weight has stayed exactly the same.

Looks like I'll be returning to 14mg Reta (7mg/3.5 days).

I'm curious about the reasoning behind that, though?

In most trials, 12mg is the top dose of retatrutide that was tested, correct? That would be the dose EL is presumably aiming to get approved.

As for eloralintide, the trials go up to 9mg. I realize it's relatively expensive, but there is a 3/6/9 titration schedule — why not increase the eloralintide to 6mg first, before raising the reta again?

My appetite is already suppressed as much as it can get — adding more Elora wouldn't do anything for me.

I mix mine assuming 10mg. Not everything is what it appears to be. That said, I follow the same approach with my other peptides — I go by the milligrams listed.
