By injecting 5mg mounjaro under a doctor's prescription across 28 weeks, I dropped 23 kgs. Starting weight was 101kg; current weight is 78. No side effects or problems came up for me. Around week 20, though, I noticed my muscles were gradually getting softer. During the last 6 weeks I added ipamorelin along with some exercises, and recovery happened quickly.

Right now I am just 2-3 kgs from my goal weight. 4 days ago I began pinning CJC1295 No DAC + Ipamorelin daily at 3,50mcg. That was only 2 days before my weekly 5 mg mounjaro shot. Some hunger noise was present, but the following day the hunger noise suppression was clear.

My first grey market tirz, 3.3mg, was pinned 2 days ago. The feeling matched mounjaro, yet the effect was much stronger than mounjaro. For the last 2 days hunger noise has been completely suppressed, and I cannot eat as much as I did last week either. Does the CJC+IPA blend also suppress hunger noise, or is it simply this powerful when combined with Tirz? Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Next week I will start without tirz and watch it for a few days. Still, I would like to know whether this is normal or not. Your experiences and advice are appreciated.

Oh! The reason I added CJC is some leftover belly fat I could not get rid of. Not much. But stubborn. As far as I know, combined with training, it aids fat burning and muscle growth. Looking better besides being healthier feels much better, I guess? Wish you all luck and success at your GLP-1 journey. Stay safe

No GH peptide has any effect on hunger.

Appreciate it. Could the vial have contained a higher amount than what the label stated? Today I placed an order for a precision scale covering 20-0.001g. I'll verify it shortly.

Nope, the logic-bro up there nailed it. Whatever GH secretagogue you pick, or GH on its own, will either ramp your appetite through the roof, or at the very least leave ghrelin untouched. That's what growth does. The fat-loss side mostly comes from a faster metabolism plus reshaping the fat you already carry. My guess is that for you, the blunted appetite is really the Tirz doing its job, overpowering whatever hunger those GH-flunkies stir up. You're on a good track, so don't go tinkering with it.

For me it went the other way: while using reta, CJC IPA made it easier to eat normally.
When you say "properly," do you mean you were able to get enough food down? If so, that is clearly one useful angle. When suppression runs too strong and eating becomes impossible, then the GH crowd can be a real aid.

Every compound in the GHRP category triggers the ghrelin receptor, though the strength of that trigger varies.

When ghrelin receptors get activated, you feel hungry.

Ipamorelin belongs to that ghrp group.

That means cjc+ipa sends a hunger signal. Among the ghrp's, ipa ranks on the milder end. Compounds such as ghrp2 and ghrp6 produce veyr intense hunger pangs, yet they release gh far more powerfully than ipa does.

I'd agree up to a point. On Ipamorelin alone the food noise came creeping partly back and my rate of loss dropped to 50%. Then a single day after I added cjc it was partly muted, and 2 days later — after the tirz shot — completely gone. That's the bit that leaves me confused. I simply cannot work it out. I'll sit with it a while, watch and see. What told me mounjaro was working: faint burps carrying a medication smell for the first 3 days after a pin, hunger turning up on schedule, and eating everything I used to bar sugar, just in far smaller amounts. I've pinned grey market 3,3mg where mounjaro gave me 5mg. Same feel as mounjaro. Only stronger. Could grey market tirz really outgun mounjaro? Seems a stretch. Or the vials held more than the label claimed, as I've said before? I'll look into that soon too. Thanks for chipping in.

3,50mcg? That works out to 350mcg, correct? I just want to confirm you aren't injecting 3.5mg.

Yeah, grey Tirz might blunt appetite more strongly when the vial contains extra, have you checked that?

One more point: certain peptides cause mild nausea right after injecting. At least that's how it feels for me. So double-check that what seems like appetite suppression isn't simply a queasy stomach

You're right—350 mcg is what I'm using. That was my mistake in writing it. A precision scale covering 20-0.001g has been ordered, and I'll check it as soon as it arrives. This isn't an upset stomach, I'm certain. The appetite blunting is unmistakable. Having used it for close to 30 weeks now, I can tell the two apart. Right now, food doesn't cross my mind at all unless my wife mentions that it's mealtime.
