Cap color identical and a kit never arrived?

So I placed an order for 4 kits, which came to 754 bucks in total: 1 r60, 2 t60, and 1 t30. Everything seemed fine up to that point.

Then the t30 never showed up — only the remaining 3 arrived. On top of that, the caps and vials for the r60 match the t60 exactly in color. I order these together pretty often, and that has never happened before.

I'm going to find out what the vendor has to say regarding my t30. The cap situation has me a bit on edge, though. I won't name the vendor until this gets sorted out. At the start I actually wanted to go with Janoshik, but I kept hearing from everyone that these guys are legit, so that's the way I went. Now I'm kicking myself!!!! 😅

Color doesn’t change between them — it’s always like that, nothing to worry about.

I appreciate it, that eases my mind — this is a first for me.
 
Every cap he has comes in one color. Few vendors get third-party testing as heavily as he does. You're fine — check the batch numbers and look for pending or current test results. Take a breath, sweet octo!

On the bright side, the batch number and production dates don't match. Just breathe

Okay, right now I'm really let down. Things went without a hitch for 6 months, but then the previous vendor shipped me 2 Tessamorelin kits by mistake, and now I'm the one stuck sending them back for them.

On top of that, I'm dealing with a vendor who wouldn't give me tracking or even a photo of what I purchased. So they aren't scammers, but there are lots of communication problems, and now my time is being wasted.

I sent over photos showing a 4th kit alongside how it would appear with the boxes included — that 4th kit that was never going to be shipped. Now I'll wait and see how it plays out! Also, this is leaving out the large sheet of bubble wrap that had been wrapped around the 3 kits.
 
This is a case of the wrong item going out during fulfillment, rather than someone intentionally pocketing extra profit. Annoying, sure, but nothing major.

In my own situation, ERP sent vials in the incorrect size, then credited back the difference based on the higher cost per mg of the smaller kit (rather than calculating a prorated amount using the larger kit's per mg price), and threw in a discount for a future purchase. I'd call that "fine," though honestly pretty underwhelming.

Bff, meanwhile, got a lab result that looked like a minor outlier to me, and handled it so well that the whole group came out better off than before.

I record myself unboxing deliveries. Up to now I haven't needed those recordings, but this is exactly why I do it.

Yeah, I get it. If the r60 had been the one that didn't show up, I'd be a lot more upset — it's not like the t30 was the main thing, I only threw it in to hit free shipping 😂

That's exactly what I do. For anything worth a decent amount, I film myself opening it. Once you check the boxes, the issue isn't hard to spot. There's no chance 4 of them plus padding would go inside. Fingers crossed they fix it.
 
They're going to ship me the kit that didn't arrive.

Maybe it sounds over the top, but I've dropped close to 800 bucks with them, so I'd want (or at minimum hope for) the product and the service to be worth it too.

What STG reported had the same effect on me, and it gave me the confidence to go ahead. Group testing is still on my list, but I've gone ahead and jumped in all the way.
