Can you recommend me some other peptides that have shown to work as good as Reta?

Traded one for the other, that's a bum deal.

The thing is that when it comes to nerve damage, if you leave it untreated it becomes permanent. I have back pain now but no longer nerve pain. Also you run the risk of ending up paralyzed if the damaged gets too bad.

I've read that, probably good you had that done. I hope it works out well for you, long term. Always wanted to try ARA-290, heard it works but doesn't last very long.

My sister had a C5-C7 fusion a while back, her nerves got bad, arm went numb at times and needed to get it done. I'm just starting to have some issues in my neck, pain, headaches and very minor nerve issues. I'm getting some PRP injections C2 - T1 and see if this helps. If it doesn't, then I'll see a Neurosurgeon about my issues. My L1-L5 is pretty bad, but just mild neuropathy right now.

The thing with nerves is that often if they are damaged and depending on what did the damage, they may never come back. Other times its possible there can be regeneration but it can take a minimum 6 months to maybe a year or more as the process is very slow. I've been dealing with neuropathy for the last 8 months and have been drowning in one thing after the other for some possible repair. So far nothing other than being able to keep it at bay, but some of that may have come from cleaning up my diet a good bit and getting rid of inflammation. I started taking Reta for some weight loss but for so many other reasons. It has sucked away so much inflammation that my doctor was amazed, but she doesn't know I am taking it cause she doesn't like GLP's. Now if I could just fix the sleep stuff and the constipation (LOL), and I am only on 2mg for a month so far. The neurologist have said, sorry, nothing we can do for your neuropathy. So now looking into ARA 290 to see what that might do, as well as BPC 157. I had thought TB4 but found out I cannot take that because of a preexisting condition. Sucks cause I bought 2 kits of Wolverine and can't use them. Oh well, my fault for not taking a deep enough dive into it.

I've seen people with cervical surgeries be fine a couple days later, seems like fast recovery. Hopefully it works out for you if you get to that point, find the best surgeon. One thing that helps my lower back is walking, I hike 6 miles every day, at first it sucked, but now it feels pretty good.

Constipation goes away eventually. Reta helps with my back pain so much, probably because I stopped eating so much sugar and reduced the inflammation.

The reduction of sugar from your diet goes a long way. It in itself is almost like a poison when taken to excess. Change in my diet and getting back into the gym even doing light workouts got rid of some inflammation and Reta has sucked the rest of it away which is what I was hoping it would do among other things.
