Can you recommend me some other peptides that have shown to work as good as Reta?

I got into Reta after my spine surgery, gained so much weight afterwards it was ridiculous. In the span on 2 and a half months I've lost almost 30 lbs. It has helped my back pain so much to the point I can now start going back to the gym and get in shape. I never had any plans on doing anything else, but now I'm kind of curious, what are some other peptides that have been proven to work, like faster recovery, and things like that. Don't expect to be spoonfed, just looking for some names so I can start doing my own research.

BPC-157, TB500, KPV, GHK-cu Copper, there are also blends of those peptides Wolverine, KLOW and GLOW. Also ARA-290 if you have nerve specific issues.

There are more of course but I think those will be a good start. Good luck!

Sermorelin & Ipamorelin are ok to decent for recovery, they're an easy entry peptide that is mild and very little issues or side effects to trying 1st imo. Tesamorelin (water weight) and CJC-1295 no dac & Ipamorelin are a good step up, but nothing crazy.

What surgery did you have on your Spine, if I can ask? It's probably in my future and Reddit is kinda meh and I trust this board more.

Good luck finding other peptides that work as well or do as much for so many different health problems than reta. It is the most effective one yet of a group of drugs that are a pretty major medical achievement - GLP's. It is not common for a very common basically untreatable disease - obesity ( if you do not count bariatric surgery which has never been very popular ) to all of a sudden have a few different really effective treatments. This is the kind of dramatic change in medicine that might only happen once in every 20 or 30 years, and I do not think it has fully set in yet, partly as they are too expensive for many of those who need them most, and many doctors are just not comfortable with them, but I see a time when something like 1/3 of the population is taking them.

When it comes to efficacy and research, aside from insulin, nothing compares to Sema/Tirz/Reta.

There are no peptides that provide as dramatic an impact as GLPs. Everything else is subtle and weak in comparison. Don’t fall for the illusion “peptides” must all be as effective as GLPs. Nothing comes close, and most reported effects of others are, in large part, the placebo effect.

This is for the most part going to be the case with one caveot:

While I agree that GLP1s are the only real superstar, anecdotally other people seem to get considerable benefits from other biohacks.

I will use B12 as an example, if your levels are fine, it will be like meh.. why am i doing this, but if you are deficient, it will be a major benefit.

Anecdotally, that seems to be the feedback on many of these, and likely many have a placebo effect.

When I came here, my thought process was:

Holy Hell my GLP1 is a miracle I never knew about! What else am I missing?

Personally, nothing else I have taken has had the impact that Tirz has...

Yeah, GLPs actually do 'real' work...The other peptides are just something to try between GLP pins...What effect the non-GLPs do have is short and require daily (or twice daily) pins to sorta kinda get any 'feels'...I have a lot of them, and am happy to keep pinning away and chasing the dream... 😎

That was my experience as well. These other peptides must be magical if they have even half the impact on me that Tirzepatide did. I have to say I've been a bit disappointed thus far. But the jury is still out.

The issue is most other peptides are being some what miss-used or used incorrectly. Many dosing protocols are far too low to get the desired effects and also many peptides only work where something is broken.

That's my suspicion as well, especially the underdosing part. It's just that titrating up is a slippery slope since many of them don't have a lot of clinical human data. Then there are the ones that are benefiting you, but you're not going to necessarily see it. If I can find a ruler small enough to measure my telomere length, I'll have a better idea of what's working!

I had a decompression, laminectomy, facetectomy on my L4/L5. Got rid of the nerve pain but gave me bad lower back pain.

I'm with a lot of other posters here. Reta is amazing. It's 10x or 20x better than anything you can stack with it. So theres lots of things to try. Just have low expectation. Cjc 1295 with ipa is good for sleep and recovery, if you use them fasted before bed. Mots c is good in the am fasted, before a fasted workout. I like nad + with the motsc in the am, also helps with the fasted workout.

Reta is a gateway peptide, it gets you excited/addicted. I spent thousands of dallors on other peps after pinning reta. None of them are even close to reta.

Not a Peptide but maybe look in to this?

gastric balloon or “stomach balloon for weight loss.”

  • Orbera — most well-known and widely used
  • Allurion (Elipse) — the swallowable one that doesn’t need endoscopy for placement
  • Obalon
  • Spatz (adjustable version)
  • ReShape (older dual balloon)
  • 94da245edba998c9149cb2c11a064c53a6a1c2bef6b2414539c4b647b588d81d.gif

I don't need to go to that extreme to lost weight, I was only 50 lb overweight. I'm only 20 lbs away from a healthy weight now. I was never really extremely fat.
