Sorry for the length! Any help would be really valued though!

My RS is on a long Klow cycle right now (12 weeks). Tirz is part of their routine too. Whenever the RS attempts to stop Klow (they gave it a shot at 4 weeks and again at 8 weeks), the foot pain and body aches return within only a couple of days. Because of that, I'm considering purchasing the 4 components of Klow individually, so that during the break cycle the RS can use some of those components to ease the aches and pain. It would also allow for customization while running a full cycle.

I'm looking into each component separately, but could any of you share suggestions to help with my research? For instance, which components, like BPC or KPV, might be safe for long-term use. Any other peptides you'd suggest?

Some background: the RS has old injuries from breaking both feet and ankles 10 years ago, and after over a dozen surgeries plus lots of PT, they still deal with major daily pain in them, especially the left foot (where most of the surgeries and complications happened). One knee also has arthritis. With Klow, the pain and ease of walking have improved tremendously. The knee still bothers the RS somewhat, but the feet, gait and daily aches are tremendously better.

Rather than taking extended pauses, an option is 5 days on followed by 2 days off, or you could skip breaks entirely — that's my approach.

Oh, thanks for sharing your perspective! With the continuous cu, how long have you gone without any breaks? And do you have any idea where your zinc levels stand?

About 3 months have passed for me without any pause. Others in this community have mentioned going 2-3 years straight.

As for my zinc levels, I can't give you an exact number, but the general guideline is 10 x the mg of GHK-Cu you use. My daily GHK-Cu dose is 2mg, totaling 14 mg per week, so I take a 50mg zinc tablet 3 times a week.

Thanks for taking the time. Having a worked-out ratio for the GHK-cu/Zinc is genuinely handy. I'm on 50mg zinc myself, every 2 or 3 days. Ever tried Cartalax? I've been weighing up a month off the KLOW and a month on Cartalax instead, for the knee.

Glad to be of assistance!

Nope, Cartalax is something I've never used, and I haven't done any real research on it either.

Once my KLOW cycle ends, I keep using Ghkcu (1mg) alongside KPV (200mcg) to support anti inflammatory effects and gut health.

Zinc is also part of my daily routine at 25mg, though I've used zinc for years (the idea being it may extend how long Botox lasts lol)

So maybe KPV could play a role in lowering inflammation and easing pain? (I'm not an expert, so please look into it yourself ☺️)

Thanks — yes, I intend to keep going with my research; I'm only gathering some possibilities to look into! I appreciate you sharing!
