Sorry this got so long! Would really appreciate the help though!

My RS is currently taking Klow in a long cycle (12 weeks). They are also on Tirz. The problem is when the RS tries to come off of Klow (tried at 4 weeks and 8 weeks) the foot pain and body aches come back after just a couple of days. I am now thinking of buying the 4 components of Klow separately, so the RS can take some of the components during the break cycle to help alleviate the aches/pain. And so it can also be customized during a full cycle.

I am doing my research on each of the components, but are there recommendations that all of you could offer as part of my research. Maybe which of components, ie; BPC or KPV could be taken long term. Different peptides you might recommended?

For background, the RS has some old injures where they broke both feet and ankles 10 years ago and after over a dozen surgeries, lots of PT still has major, daily pain in them, especially the left foot (where the majority of surgeries and complications arose) There is also arthritis in one of the knees. The pain and ease of walking has been improving tremendously with Klow. The knee still bothers the RS some, but the feet, gait and daily aches are tremendously better.

Instead of long breaks you can try 5 days on and 2 days off, or no breaks at all, which is what I do.

Oh, thank you for the thoughts! How long have you been on it with no breaks? Do you know what your zinc levels are with the constant cu?

I've haven't taken a break in about 3 months. Some other people here have reported 2-3 years without a break.

I don't know exactly what my zinc levels are, but the rule of thumb is to take 10 x the mg of GHK-Cu you are taking. I take 2mg GHK-Cu daily which is 14 mg weekly, so I take a 50mg tab of zinc 3 x weekly.

I appreciate your time. It is nice to have a calculation for the GHK-cu/Zinc. Thank you! I also take 50mg zinc every 2 or 3 days. Have you ever tried Cartalax? Been considering cycling off of the KLOW for a month and doing a month cycle of Cartalax for the knee.

Happy to help!

No, I haven't tried Cartalax, or really looked into it at all.

When I cycle off KLOW I continue with Ghkcu (1mg) and KPV (200mcg) for the anti inflammatory/gut health benefits.

I also take 25mg of zinc every day, but have been taking zinc for years (as it’s supposed to make your Botox last longer lol)

All that to say potentially KPV can help with inflammation and reduce pain? (I am no expert so make sure you do your own research ☺️)

Thank you, yes, I plan on continuing my research, just getting some ideas to investigate! I appreciate you sharing!
