BPC 157 - THIS CANT BE REAL

I had the hardware taken out of my left tib fib fracture. According to the orthopedic surgeon, full healing would take roughly 6 months, and only then could my next surgery happen. Right after the operation I began with kpv, and the glow was added later. Within 3 months I was healed. The screw holes have disappeared and there is no pain. I plan to have him do a X-ray so we can see how the joint looks. Maybe I'll get a big blessing and a tkr won't be necessary

A relative of mine had a frozen shoulder with several tears around it. They began glow, received a cortisol injection, and after finishing 1 vial they were entirely back to baseline. I have 1000 percent faith in that class of peptides.
But does this need to be taken forever? Might be a dumb thing to ask...

No. Once something is healed, it stays healed—except when it’s chronic. In that case, it only brings relief … tough to predict, everyone responds differently

I've seen folks run it in cycles to keep their receptors from getting worn out. Then again, plenty of others take it continuously. Once a tear heals, it doesn't just come undone when you quit, so perhaps continuing could help with more repair? I'm not sure.

What was your dosage? At 1mg per day, it did nothing for me
For me it was the same: BPC by itself did nothing, and adding TB500 didn't change that, nor did stacking GLOW. That left me disappointed. Next week I'm giving KLOW a shot, and I'm hoping it does something remarkable for my herniated discs. 🙏🏼

Absolutely! In 6 weeks, my frozen shoulder was healed after being told recovery would take years. A total f-ing miracle. Really happy that you're feeling better!
Happy for your amazing result. A friend of mine is dealing with a frozen shoulder and neck pain right now as well. I'll pass this info along to her.

I used KLOW for a 12-week stretch and the results were fantastic! There were a couple of small complaints — since cardio made up most of my training, my lower body was constantly dealing with some nagging thing. When I added upper-body lifting at the same time as starting KLOW, the following-day soreness was almost nonexistent. In past lifting phases, my chest and arms stayed sore for days afterward, yet this time it was barely noticeable. KLOW helped me stick with a weights routine and make progress quite fast. MOTS-C was also in the mix, so maybe that contributed to the energy boost, but the recovery benefits were clearly from KLOW. Currently I'm taking a pause, though I plan to run another cycle once Fall arrives.

If you didn't get results from BPC and TB500 on their own, adding KPV into a blend probably won't change that......You might be better off pocketing the cash and only combining the KPV and GHK-Cu parts, leaving out BPC and TB?

I appreciate the suggestion and plan to give it a shot. A standalone KPV is already on its way, and I've got GHK-CU left over.

I've got a question for you....what was your duration on BPC....and TB500?...From what I've seen, these aren't instant miracle cures, rather one component alongside other treatments that might help with your issues...results can take a while....just wondering... 👍

Ran it for 21 days straight. Once I came off the Wolverine blend, the pain came right back. Mine is arthritis-related, located in the lower back. So it seems like a forever thing for me. At the moment I'm running BPC solo, and the lower back pain hasn't budged one bit, which makes me think both compounds are needed for that particular pain.

I ran BPC & TB pins for a total of 8 weeks. The first 3 wks were at 500mcg, then I titrated up to 750mcg for 2 wks, and during the final 2 wks I was at 1000mcg. GHK was added once wk #2 of that schedule had passed. Right now I'm taking a break from every peptide, because roughly a week ago I had a procedure done and I've got travel coming up, so I'll get back to my usual peptide routine late next week.

Appreciate you looking into it @Flash-BCR. You're completely right, and I'm well aware these peps aren't any kind of magic pixie dust. My hope is that with enough time, the peptides will help my lower back pain fade 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Have you given KPV a shot? My plan is to alternate Wolverine with KPV, beginning with KPV

my KPV shipment hasn't shown up yet.

My digestive problems were only resolved by oral BPC-157 after everything else failed. Roughly 40 days passed, and my digestion reached a level it hadn't seen in ages. But once I added Tirz, every bit of that GI progress vanished, lol.

BPC is what sent me tumbling into the Peptide rabbit hole 3 years back. My knee was in rough shape, so I did one vile, then brought the TB into the mix. Same as everyone else, the results blew me away.

8 month ago my training went up a lot, and these days I'm using the Klow to recover. It's doing the job nicely.
I saw the same thing with a buddy of mine who tore his Achilles — his comeback was unreal. What really caught me off guard is that it seems to work on nerve damage as well.
Same here — I've seen a coworker bounce back from a motorbike crash, and someone else recover from shoulder surgery. What convinced me wasn't any hype about peptides; it was watching how they moved and how flexible they were.

The motorbike guy used BPC and TB, while the shoulder surgery person used BPC, TB and jKC.

As for me, I've gone pretty deep down the rabbit hole, exploring plenty of different paths. So far, every Pep I've tried has done exactly what it's meant to do.

Same here. It seems like that rabbit hole goes on forever, but up to now it has paid off.

When it comes to serious injuries, 21 days means very little. What BPC does is bring down inflammation markers, and that's the relief you notice right away, but genuine repair and lasting improvement may require months. From what I've read, nerve-related issues call for 12 weeks.

I'm in disbelief. For 9 months I dealt with post op nerve pain that hit when I slept on my side and throughout the day .... and now it's vanished thanks to bpc? How is that possible.... I only just began and I wasn't ready for it to work this well? I picked it up for knee pain and even injected near the knee, but this outcome never crossed my mind. If this keeps up, it's a total life saver!!!

Does anyone else have any impressive recovery stories from BPC?
My knees, ankles, and plantar fascia were in a bad state. Each morning, for about 10 minutes after rising, I'd limp around—worse on days following a 3mi walk with my dog, which I aimed for 3x weekly.

Years back I had arthroscopic surgery on a torn meniscus. At the follow-up, the surgeon said my knees were the worst he'd seen for someone my age. Steel decks and work boots across decades had worn them down. Add in plenty of crashes and fractures (see avatar).

I even chose my most recent home with the idea that before long I'd need to live entirely on the ground floor because of these problems. I figured it was unavoidable. Planning life around that reality is miserable.

Then I began Tirz. Joint pain and plantar fasciitis eased. Not resolved, but clearly better. If forced to assign a figure, 40% better?

After joining here, I learned about the BPC-157/TB-500 "Wolverine Stack". I've now used it for 4 months. BPC-157 at .5mg/daily, TB-500 at 2mg/2x Wk. Another meaningful gain. Perhaps 80% better?

I stopped the Wolverine 5 wks ago; I'd been advised to "take a break" now and then. Soon I felt more joint pain and more foot pain. Not a huge amount more, but noticeable. Around 30% worse?

One night last week, joint pain kept me almost entirely awake. So, after 4 weeks off, I restarted (once the sled dogs brought more needles, vials, cartridges).

During this 1 week back on, I'm already seeing early signs of improvement. I doubt I'll ever quit the BPC/TB again.

I don't inject where it hurts. Too many spots! My injections go in a 2" circle around the navel.

Did Tirz help? Absolutely. Did weight loss matter? Yes. Did BPC/TB contribute? I believe so too. Like everything else I've seen in this space, it's probably small gains from several angles, compounding toward an increasingly better result.
At this stage, I really wish the research base were bigger. How long someone has to keep using it varies wildly from person to person. Because it does such a strong job of bringing down inflammation throughout the body, that easing of symptoms is easy to read as full recovery. I'm genuinely glad it brought you some relief. Right now this kind of information matters to me, since everything I'm doing amounts to trial and error — though even a single night free of that pain, without needing strong painkillers, felt wonderful.
