Best way to reconstitute.

I'm on 10mg / week Tirz and probably will go up to 12,5 and then 15mg. My thought is if I have 60mg vials what's the best amount of BAC to add? 2ml or 3ml? Someone have experience with those vials?
 
I just stepped up to 12 from 10mg. With 3ml to reconstitute 60mg, I was having to shoot 50 units at a time. At 12 it’s going to be 60. Seems kinda ridiculous, so my next reconstitution I’m going to mix with 1.5ml for a more manageable 30 units per injection.

I use pens that top out at 60 units, and trying to use it with the plunger that far out, singlehanded, while pinching a bit of skin with the other hand, is somewhat difficult. Especially considering my clumsy nature…
 
I recon my 60mg vials with 2.4ml bac water. 10 units on insulin syringe = 2.5mg . Im not sure what i will do when i get up in the 10mg+ doses but i use 1ml syringes so 60 units for 15mg would be manageable
 
For the the 10mg pin, add 3ml BAC. You'll have 6 doses of 50 unit shots.

15mg, add 3ml BAC, You have 4 doses at 75 units. You could also reconstitute into 5ml vials with more BAC.

+1. i moved up to 10mg a few weeks ago which forced me to pin 50 units at my current concentration. plan to recon the next 60mg vial with 1.5ml to keep it a bit more reasonable.

i've even thought about just using 1ml but don't often see people going that low, not sure if it could cause any issues.
 
  1. Find out the actual contents of your 60mg vials, via a third party test.
  2. Find numbered ticks on your syringe that work proportionally with your intended titration schedule, ideally between 10 & 40 units.
  3. Plug numbers into a reverse calculator, not a regular peptides calculator.
  4. Recon with a weird non-round amount of bacteriostatic water.

Thanks! That was my initial thought. The first vial would definitely be for 10mg doses. I also decided to take my dose every 5 days so a vial of 60mg would last exactly 30 days and if and when I go up in dose slightly shorter. Seems like a good decision to get 60mg.

Yes that's my thought as well. The less amount of liquid you need to inject must be better. Maybe someone can answer if 1ml is a good or bad idea?

I haven't even thought about the non-round number of bac. That's smart. Just need to write that number down afterwards so I don't forget because that I would. You got a good reverse calculator that you prefer? There's many out there to choose from.

I only know the one in my signature (rotate your phone to horizontal if you don't see it). To reiterate, a batch can be overfilled by as much as 30% ... know the actual mass.
