Any reviews of HPT?

Yesterday I placed my very first grey order with them. Their support, communication, and education have all been excellent. As it happens, everything I was after was out of stock at the US warehouse, but they collaborated with me on alternatives and had my shipping details to me only 7 hours afterward.
 
I placed an order from the US warehouse, and the package showed up within a few days. In fact, it arrived before the tracking details were even sent to me. 😂
 
I’m currently placing an order for epi, 5 amino 1, and thymalin. I’ll request COAs, though the ones I’ve come across usually don’t cover those items. Is anyone running an HPT testing group for those 3 compounds? I’d be interested.

That's exactly why I stayed away from ordering with them. Finding a testing group for a vendor that just appeared is just too difficult. Outside of PGB, hardly any of them even bother testing Sema.
 
I haven't given them a shot yet, but I plan to. So far, all the feedback I've come across has been favorable. That's enough to convince me to give it a go.

That's how I operate
 
I placed an order yesterday and completed payment, while communicating with a person called Judy. So far, though, all they did was send back the details of my order—no confirmation that funds were received or anything like that. I provided a screenshot of the hash. Up to this point, they haven’t addressed me as dear or used any similar term.

With certain vendors, you get an instant payment confirmation; with others, nothing comes through. I've seen one vendor behave both ways. Since I'm new to crypto, it makes me anxious—normally I stick with btc, but this time I had to switch to usdt on etherium. After 3 days, I messaged them saying tracking wasn't urgent, but I wanted my payment acknowledged. The following day, gyc replied, "of course dear heres tracking, ur payment confirmation must have gone to spam folder." No confirmation ever arrived. Most likely, tracking will just show up by wed.
 
I placed an order for 2 T15 kits on Saturday, and it showed up today from the US warehouse. One thing that stood out: the vial holders were opaque, which was a change from what I’m used to. So here’s my review! 😂 It’ll be quite a while before I test it on myself.

Cherry sent me tracking pretty late—it arrived this past Saturday, which was day 7—and the package is already here. The label had been created on March 5. From Oregon to OK, once it actually went out, delivery was fast. When I requested tracking on March 4, they told me they’d “urge the US warehouse to come to work.” Sounds like somebody up there is partying too hard 😁

My previous order that shipped from the US warehouse needed 1.5 weeks to arrive. So I suppose I should allow them a minimum of 1 week.
