I've experimented with SubQ NAD+ injections before, and honestly they didn't do much for me. I'd get that 'whoosh' sensation, but after that... nothing.

Then I moved to IM injections. The 'whoosh' was stronger, and I did notice some mild perks: a bit more energy and some cognitive/mood improvement.

About 2 weeks back, I gave intranasal a shot, and wow — what a difference. With this route I don't get any 'whoosh' at all, yet I'm genuinely experiencing more energy and clearly sharper thinking and mental clarity. Mood is lifted as well. At this point, I'm planning to keep using this administration method going forward.

Might I ask what your NAD dosing frequency looks like? I'm brand new to this, and the protocol I was given calls for 2x per week. But wow — yesterday I rode a steady, calm wave of energy all day long, and then was out cold less than 60 minutes after hitting the pillow. Normally it takes me 3 hours, 20 rounds of tossing and turning, plus offering up a goat to the almighty Ra, all while my mind runs through scenarios that are never going to happen.

Every day, I take between 25 and 50mg.

Could you share your formula? Do you use bottles from the Snoot brand? What amount of saline in mL and NAD+ in mg? How many sprays are involved?

Yep, snoot is what I'm using. After doing some measurements, I found that every pump delivers roughly .08 ml. With that number as my guide, I mix my 500mg NAD so that a single pump gives me 12.5mg. That comes out to around 3.75ml total, made from saline and BAC combined. My ratio is 2 parts saline water to 1 part BAC.

EDIT - actually, this most recent batch I went with 1:1 saline/BAC. My sinuses are fine with it, even though I realize some folks can't tolerate any BAC at all.
