60mg Weekly Tirz: An Updated Report

Quite intriguing. Have you thought about stacking the oral too? It attaches to the receptors somewhat differently and might boost effects...for certain people (given you're a lab rat). Orforglipron at 6mg / 12mg?

I've noticed it available on PGB for quite some time, but it strikes me as somewhat excessive given that speedy sensation; I don't think I need additional amp in my life.

My concern would be causing permanent damage to the receptors, so that every option stops working for me down the line.

On top of that, I'd be worried about ending up dead.

NO.

SLEEP.

'TILL BROOKLYNNNNNNNNNNN tho.

Rock on.
ss-31 is essential for that reason
What kind of protocol do you follow when taking the ss-31?

I take 5-10mg every day, and I keep that up for a minimum of 1 or 2 months. Honestly, I don’t notice any difference when I go up to 20mg per day.

I went with the 5mg, though I was struck by how much of the literature leaned toward 40mg — and the cost is steep.

I wanted to know how you handle Tirz dosing when you go higher.

Appreciate it.

I recently moved up to 3 mg since Tirz has completely killed my appetite (6 weeks in), though my sister has been on 15mg for several years and says it no longer does anything for her.. I'll be keeping up with your progress

Did her weight come back, or did she simply stop dropping pounds?

Appreciate you sharing your experience with tirz at high doses, along with the other compounds. With virtually no published data to go on, personal accounts posted online are basically all we have when it comes to larger doses and stacking weight loss peptides, and some of us dealing with severe obesity or who don't get much of a response from GLPs have nothing solid to guide our choices.

Compared with the 16mg semaglutide trial, 60 mg of tirz doesn't seem all that far out there. If you scale 2.4mg:15mg up, that works out to 16mg sema matching 100mg of tirz. Still, my guess is a person would need to be pretty insensitive to the stuff for side effects not to become a big problem at those amounts. For me, at 15mg tirz with 6 mg of reta, adding even 1mg more of either one gives me that crawling skin feeling, so I'm clearly at my ceiling.

Hmmm, that's curious. This is an oral GLP, yet I haven't come across any reports linking it to a rise in heart rate or blood pressure—certainly nothing resembling phen...

Still, since each person's physiology responds differently, your observation could point to something real.

sort of both, though her eating habits slipped pretty badly and she was stretching out her injections to put money aside for relocating. these days she's returned to 15 mg each week and is considering stacking reta.
