12 weeks of peptide therapy w/pictures

Klow makes me nervous 😫 — stinging and lumps just don't sound pleasant.

As for my hair, the front is likely entirely white while the back still holds some of its natural shade, but I can't really tell since I've been dyeing it roughly every 6 weeks for 15 years. I'm 59.

Even so, I'm really tempted to try it.
At 58, I've done 2 weeks of KLOW at 3.2mg, 5 days each week. There's no stinging or lumps, but the spots where I inject feel sore later on. That soreness fades in under 24 hrs and isn't much of an issue for me.

You look amazing !

I use ghk-cu too, and my skin has improved a lot — the wrinkles don't look as deep, and the dryness and red-ness from perimenopause have gotten much better.

That's a quality product, and I appreciate it.

I'm 61. To track any changes, I kept the room identical, used the same lighting, and wore no makeup.

1. The first photo was taken when I started my research. I was dealing with massive inflammation, taking multiple pharmaceuticals, my skin had a grey cast, and my hair was very frizzy. Around the cheeks and eyes, you can see how puffy and inflamed everything appears.

2. The second photo comes 4 weeks into peptides. Aside from Levothyroxine (for thyroid), I've stopped all pharmaceuticals. My eyes look more open, my hair has calmed down, the puffiness is receding, and my face is beginning to reveal its structure. Hair is less frizzy, and the grey cast on my skin is fading.

3. The third photo is at 12 weeks of the peptide journey. With the swelling going down, some fine lines are now visible (I'm more than okay with this), but my skin looks noticeably healthier. The swelling around my eyes has kept shrinking, and the overall puffiness is starting to fade. My hair is still improving. I remain off all pharmaceuticals, and my Levothyroxine dose had to be reduced!

Unexpected change: Hair getting darker, grey receding ...holy cow!

Stacks (not all at once)

Tirz 5mg (ongoing)

GHKcu (ongoing)

NAD+ (ongoing)

KLOW (individual vials/8 week run)

Epithalon 1 cycle

Thymosin Alpha 1 for 1 cycle

I'm taking the month of March off of everything except Tirz and GHKcu for a reset...going to research nootropics over the summer.

So, to the people who say peptides is voodoo snake oil (which are obviously not reading this), I say...really?
Incredible progress! Still, the peptides shouldn't get all the praise—dedication matters just as much! Wishing you ongoing success as you continue your peptide journey.

I'll be brief. I appreciate you and am grateful that you posted this.

Incredible progress!! Picture 3 has you absolutely radiant, and you don't look anywhere close to your age! Appreciate you motivating all of us and posting your journey. What's your daily ghk dose?

I'm wondering whether klow, nad+, and tirz might change my hair color. If they do at all. As someone who went from redhead to blonde — I'm really eager to find out. Tirz has been part of my routine for 2.5 years, but NAD+ and Klow are new for me. Just introduced glutathione as well. So at the moment I'm taking — Tirz, Klow, Mots-c (already finished SS), NAD, Gluta, plus TRT, HRT, and thyroid meds.

My daily research dose is 2mg. The change in my hair really surprised me. I figured it would take ages, or might not happen at all.

You look amazing! I am not brave enough to inject the copper peptides yet, although I use them topically.

👀 Visually, it's like another person. That HEALTHY appearance radiates from within and shows on the outside too. Great job on your progress! 👍👍

Incredible progress!! You're also correct—this stands as clear evidence that the peps actually do what they claim.

I'd love to hear more about how the GHK-cu went for you. What's your trick for steering clear of the spicy bites? (If this was already covered somewhere else, feel free to just send me the link!).
Spicy GHK - dilute it with additional bac water. Grab one of those reusable vinyl ice packs meant for kids and apply it for 10 minutes. LOL - that's just the cost of doing business.

Appreciate it! Today I'm going to prepare my initial vial. Since I have bigger sterile vials on hand, my plan is to reconstitute the original vial first, then move it into a larger container so I can introduce additional BAC beyond what that small 3ml vial allows. Fingers crossed!

I'm only 3 days in, but the BPC is already helping with the soreness. Before drawing my mixed dose, I pull an extra 8-10u of bac. That first shot did wake me in the middle of the night with a sensation, though it had faded by morning. (Mine contains just Cu and BPC — not a complete Klow stack.)

I've also come across reports of it working when applied topically!

With time, it becomes second nature. 😊

@FarmgirlRebel your break lasted a month—time's up. What insights did you gain?

Turns out I'd forgotten my NAD+! Lol...glad to have that back in the mix. Beyond that, I picked up on a few benefits from BPC157 that had slipped past me. My knees gradually became sorer, and since the change was so slow, I never clocked the improvement going away...but I definitely felt it when the pain ramped up, particularly when I swung down off my horses.

All told, BPC157 was pulling more weight than I gave it credit for...my plan was to pair it with TB500 (separately, not the blend) for a pulled glute muscle...yet it was quietly handling more than that beneath the surface. So I've added BPC157 back in too.

That's useful information.

WOW, truly amazing, you look fantastic! Joining this forum has obviously unleashed pandora's box for me, and now I need to start educating myself on peptides other than tirz 😅
