12 weeks of peptide therapy w/pictures

Do you apply any products straight onto your skin?

For me, skincare has been transformed by Generic Tretinoin cream plus Copper Peptide Serum from the Ordinary. I've just begun GHK-CU Subq, and NAD+ will be after that.
Do your questions pertain to me, or to the woman who began this thread?

Is this what you mean

I was referring to the original poster, and indeed, that's the item I rely on.

Wow, just wow!!!! You're stunning (& you were already gorgeous before)!

Did you run your GHK in cycles? Apologies if this has already been covered.
Nope, I don't do any cycling—I just keep going with it.

For my GHKcu serum, I whip it up myself from cosmetic grade GHKcu plus Hyaluronic Acid... Then there's a morning serum I also put together with GHKcu, Snap 8 and Sny-Ake alongside Hyaluronic Acid. Whether they actually do anything, I can't say, but mixing them is just a blast—like some mad scientist, with a milligram scale and vials scattered everywhere.

That's precisely my experience—it reminds me of being a kid with a chemistry set. Tretinoin is worth looking into; it's said to be the ultimate skin care product that all dermatologists strongly recommend.

The change in hair color really intrigues me. I can't make sense of it whatsoever. It's not as though 12 weeks was enough for an entirely new head of hair to grow in, yet the gray keeps fading all over.

I had that same reaction...how could grey be reversing and my hair look so shiny without a full year of growth behind it?! Then I checked for myself, and it turns out that when follicles become healthy — and inflammation can do serious damage to them — the entire hair shaft is affected. That's likely where the Tirz and KLOW blend came in (lowering inflammation), since GHKcu does contribute to reducing inflammation somewhat, but it isn't the main workhorse the way those others are.

Another thing I learned: if someone is highly inflamed, GHKcu won't perform as well, so bringing that inflammation down is essential before GHKcu can do its job.

Klow makes me nervous 😫 — stinging and lumps just don't sound pleasant.

As for my hair, the front is likely entirely white while the back still holds some of its natural shade, but I can't really tell since I've been dyeing it roughly every 6 weeks for 15 years. I'm 59.

Even so, I'm really tempted to try it.

What a fantastic change!! It's incredible that a product actually restores pigment!! Is GHKcu painful as well? I'm only in week 3 & I'm still a total rookie with needles each time, ha ha 🙂

I'm 61. To track any changes, I kept the room identical, used the same lighting, and wore no makeup.

1. The first photo was taken when I started my research. I was dealing with massive inflammation, taking multiple pharmaceuticals, my skin had a grey cast, and my hair was very frizzy. Around the cheeks and eyes, you can see how puffy and inflamed everything appears.

2. The second photo comes 4 weeks into peptides. Aside from Levothyroxine (for thyroid), I've stopped all pharmaceuticals. My eyes look more open, my hair has calmed down, the puffiness is receding, and my face is beginning to reveal its structure. Hair is less frizzy, and the grey cast on my skin is fading.

3. The third photo is at 12 weeks of the peptide journey. With the swelling going down, some fine lines are now visible (I'm more than okay with this), but my skin looks noticeably healthier. The swelling around my eyes has kept shrinking, and the overall puffiness is starting to fade. My hair is still improving. I remain off all pharmaceuticals, and my Levothyroxine dose had to be reduced!

Unexpected change: Hair getting darker, grey receding ...holy cow!

Stacks (not all at once)

Tirz 5mg (ongoing)

GHKcu (ongoing)

NAD+ (ongoing)

KLOW (individual vials/8 week run)

Epithalon 1 cycle

Thymosin Alpha 1 for 1 cycle

I'm taking the month of March off of everything except Tirz and GHKcu for a reset...going to research nootropics over the summer.

So, to the people who say peptides is voodoo snake oil (which are obviously not reading this), I say...really?
Ma'am, you're showing up strong with these results 🔥 and you definitely don't look 61.

So far GHK hasn't cut down my grey—if anything, I feel like it kind of sparkles now? I'm considering giving AHKcu a go for topical use too.

The culprit is GHKcu...right after pinning there's a burn, and it hits hardest early on. Over time my system has adapted, and oddly enough it behaves best when I go into the left side of my abdomen. These days I barely notice it, though once in a blue moon—particularly when I rotate to a new spot—that tiny Blue Witch pops back up to show she's not fully broken in.

Giving her up isn't happening. Sure, we butt heads every so often, but she's staying in my lineup 😆

I'm in the same boat. I've cycled ghk cu, glow, and klow at various points, and after 6 months my skin looks fantastic. Zero regrets.

My guess is that Klow is behind the changes you've seen in your hair and skin, yet you also mention the items one by one. That leaves me unsure what your stacks actually contain and how you combine them. Your results are really impressive to see.

Blends aren't my thing—I'm a bit of a control freak—so I used KLOW as separate vials...once 8 weeks had passed, I stuck with the GHKcu and NAD+

You've brought up Nad+ multiple times, saying it helped you a lot — are you injecting it subcutaneously or intramuscularly?

Subq is what I do...IM gives me the creeps. I've got to move past that, since I'm planning to pick up some cerebrolysin and unless I feel like just looking at the ampules, I'll need to get over it 😆

At this point I'm curious about your NAD+ protocol: how you time it, what dose you use, and whether you cycle it. LOL
My starting dose was low—25mg on alternate days, which I'm glad about. The impact hit me right away (my guess is my NAD levels were barely functioning). These days I take 50mg every other day.

When it comes to whether you have to cycle off NAD, I've come across mixed opinions. Being cautious, I'll take a break during March and find out how far I get. 😆
I appreciate it.

Excellent work, and the documentation is really solid! Please continue with this, including when you introduce further adjustments down the line (such as daily walks, resistance training, and so on...).

Interesting progression. A factor that frequently gets overlooked in GLP/peptide regimens is the extent to which they lower systemic inflammation and fluid retention. Once those drop, facial structure usually becomes visible again fairly fast. It serves as a solid reminder that metabolic health frequently manifests in the skin and eyes before anywhere else.
