INTRO Down 100lbs. W/ 100 to go! Switching to Reta to get Betta!

In the studies, up to 10 BPM is typical. Personally, I get 15 BPM. It comes down to the Glucagon receptor. My sympathetic response is really sensitive. Usually it settles after weeks, but for me there was no chance of that.

INTRO Rate me stack reta, motsc, tesamorelin, GHk-cu

I appreciate 😂 your willingness to assist me with my English, up to this point I haven't been using AI HAHA. that's how my English is. To support your cut, peptides are an option hahaha.

INTRO Rate me stack reta, motsc, tesamorelin, GHk-cu

Nope, every one of them has the same level of education. Research makes it obvious that 1.6 suffices for Good Protein, yet each individual varies. You are free to go higher, and 2.2 is preferable, and with steroids, and if you are Hungry Till 3

INTRO Rate me stack reta, motsc, tesamorelin, GHk-cu

Yeah, I get it — I can't stand the dash either, haha. Still, those who are in the know will realize that (based on the data available right now, hopefully) I'm not off base 😅.

INTRO Rate me stack reta, motsc, tesamorelin, GHk-cu

Yeah, I rely on AI to translate — I speak German and the chat renders it straight into English for me 🙂. My English isn't terrible, but putting this kind of discussion into writing is tough for me. I'm 33, and GHK isn't really a classic bodybuilding peptide in the same category as GHRPs or IGF...

INTRO Rate me stack reta, motsc, tesamorelin, GHk-cu

At 3 mg weekly, Retatrutide is already a respectable dosage. As for 2 mg of MOTS-C taken every day — that works, though I'd prefer to run MOTS-C only on days you don't train. A 1 mg dose of Tesamorelin is on the lower side. Most people would begin at about 2 mg instead. Tesamorelin and HGH...

INTRO Rate me stack reta, motsc, tesamorelin, GHk-cu

I don’t entirely agree with that. Without knowing the exact dosages, there’s no way to judge the stack properly — you’d just be guessing. And I don’t see a compelling case for throwing CJC (no DAC) + Ipamorelin into this. Sure, they hit different pathways, but realistically they don’t stack up...

The GLP won't make you drop pounds; I use it to keep hunger in check 🙂

INTRO Down 100lbs. W/ 100 to go! Switching to Reta to get Betta!

I'd like to lay out what Retatrutide has been like for me up to this point (roughly 2 months). No exaggeration — just the real sequence of events. Where I started My initial approach was a 2x per week split: 0.5 mg on Monday 0.5 mg on Thursday Combined: 1.0 mg/week The opening weeks...

INTRO Dosages, how long to cycle, and which peps to pick

Hey man, if you look around Reddit forums, you'll get a sense of how the majority of folks actually use these peptides in everyday practice. My broad recommendation: begin at the smallest dose you can and raise it gradually. With Retatrutide in particular, starting low and holding at that...
