Tesa experience?

It occurred yesterday evening, which means today marks my first day off it — I'll update you as soon as I have something to report 🙂
I'd like to hear about this too — thanks.

Tesamorelin: what side effects did you experience ?

What dosage worked for you?
Dose: Daily

Fasted: 3 hours after last meal | bedtime

Dose: 1mg = 20 units

Cycle: 12 weeks on | 4 weeks off

**Stack with Ipamorelin - Mix in 1 syringe

I gave 2mg a shot, but the water retention was too much for me. At 1mg I have no negative effects whatsoever. Whether I'll ever stop the Tesamorelin and Ipamorelin is unclear, since I feel so much better while running them. Once I stop, things go well for 2-3 weeks, but by week 4 I'm eager to begin again. I still have weight to lose, so this could change later on, but right now I stick with 12 weeks on | 4 weeks off.

Back in June I introduced .25mg of Sema, then last month I replaced that with 2.5mg of tirz, and I also brought in 1mg of Elora.

Sticking with Reta alone would have been fine too, since my loss has stayed very linear.

Starting GLP weight was 282lb at 6’2”, my ATH was 304lb, and I’m at 187lb right now. My goal is abs, which will probably land somewhere in the 170s.

To address my low test and help hold onto lean mass, I went with TRT, since the research-based evidence for preserving lean mass is stronger for that than for Tesa.
Appreciate it, that's a lot of useful detail.

I'm a big fan of this compound. After taking a few months away from it, I've just restarted Tesa/Ipa. Right now my nighttime protocol is .5mg Tesa plus roughly .275mg Ipa, and the sleep I get from that is excellent. At night, that amount is all I need. In the morning I take 1mg of Tesa. A few weeks from now I'll get an IGF and Z-score pulled, though I have a sneaking suspicion the results may push me to lower my dose. Based on what the bloodwork shows, I'd either stay at the current dosing, drop the morning dose to .5mg Tesa/.275mg Ipa, or eliminate the morning dose entirely.

I have been on Tesa for 2 months. I love it!

I take 1.5mg everyday at 11:45pm. I don’t eat after 8pm (I am also on Reta and other stuff)

I get way better sleep on it.
How long you need to wait depends on how much Reta you're running. With a large dose, the recommendation is to hold off on your Tesa injection until 5 hours have passed since your last meal. My own Reta dose is only .5, but even so I aim for at least 3.5 hours after my final bite. If you aren't using Reta at all, then 2 hours is fine.

I started 9 days ago (1.5 per day, in the AM) and my weight shot up - I know it’s likely water weight, but I wasn’t expecting 3 to 4 lbs in a week. Has this been the norm for anyone else?
Once I bumped up to 2mg, water retention kicked in. So I'm holding at 1mg and injecting alongside IPA at 9pm. Nothing goes in my mouth after 5pm.

12 weeks on | 4 weeks off is the cycle

My 3rd cycle begins in 5 days.

Curious if anybody here is using Tesa on its own, with nothing stacked alongside it. If that's you, are the outcomes comparable to Tesa when combined, or does it really require a Glp or another compound to actually produce results?

Did your glucose or insulin levels change at all? And did you notice any joint pain?

Not at all, and there's zero pain for me. Every one of my aches is gone! I'm 64 and I still have a little weight left to shed, yet I feel better than at any point from my late 30's into my early 40's

Got it, thank you!

About 30 days back I began tesa/ipa at 1mg/0.33mg, taken in the morning no less than an hour before breakfast (since I eat late and also take Reta, an evening dose wasn't feasible). The joint pain was severe, so for a week I reduced to 0.67mg/0.22mg, then slowly titrated back up to 0.87mg/0.29mg. Things appear to be fine at this point, and next week I'll begin titrating to 1mg/0.25mg.

Visible results are already showing up, and I intend to finish out the whole cycle!

Has anyone noticed problems with the skin on their face while using Tesa?

Because of how many peptides and supplements I'm currently on, I'm totally guessing here, but my suspicion lands on the Tesa since the timing roughly matches. What's happening is red patches appearing beneath whatever facial hair I let grow in, plus along the creases below my nose.

It's not a big deal, I'm just curious.....

After stopping, how much time passed before things went back to normal for you?
By day 3 it looked like things were starting to improve, and day 4 was noticeably better. Give it another day or so and it should be cleared up.

The combination of tesa and ipa at a 10/3 ratio worked well for me. My resting belly measurement went from 38 inches down to 34 inches over roughly 8 weeks. I'm a 53-year-old male, and my IGF-1 was 112 at the start.
I recently got my IGF-1 checked, and the result was 319 with a z score of 1.9. This is after 11 weeks of a 2.0/0.6 Tesa / Ipa blend, dosed 5/2 on/off.

I'm cycling off the Tesa / Ipa right now and doing a 3-4 week break. My waist (resting belly measurement) currently sits at 33.5", which is down from 37". Once I restart, I'll come back and report whether visceral fat bounces back at all. No GLP's

Just began tesa!

My initial injection was 1mg. It didn't sting at all, which is a plus. As for everything else, time will tell....

I’m skeptical of the anecdotes here and on other sites because I haven’t come across anyone using tesa on its own. Even on steroid forums, where GLP use is less common, members are still running steroids — and that’s true of some people here too. If IGF-1 is already in the normal range, the one benefit you can count on is fluid retention, which may give a short-term boost to recovery.

I have vials containing 20 mg Tesa / 5 mg IPA and I'm planning to begin in roughly two weeks. Because I'm also on RETA, my idea is to dose in the morning while fasted. Keeping everything to AM dosing would fit my schedule better.

Should I keep them in separate pens, pull both into one syringe, or combine them in a single vial?

My plan was to reconstitute the IPA with 1 mL BAC water, then after reconstituting the Tesa with 2 mL BAC water, transfer it into the Tesa vial and mix. If my calculations are right, that works out to 15 units per dose for 1 mg Tesa / 250 mcg IPA.

Does this sound reasonable, or would you do it another way?
