Reviews, disputes, and evidence

Positive and negative first-hand reviews are welcome. Reviews are member accounts, not findings or guarantees by glp1chat, and Vendor status does not protect a business from criticism.

Where reviews and responses belong

Members with ordinary forum posting access may start a review thread in Vendor Reviews. Keep one transaction or closely related experience in one thread and name the Vendor clearly in the title.

The Vendor should respond inside that same review thread using its approved Marketplace Vendor account or one of its branded Official Representative accounts. Do not move the dispute into a promotional thread, create a competing account of events elsewhere, or pressure the member through direct messages.

Open Vendor Reviews

Writing a useful review

  • Describe what you personally ordered, received, observed, or communicated, with a useful timeline and the resolution attempted.
  • Separate verifiable events from opinion, inference, rumor, and what another person told you.
  • Disclose refunds, replacements, discounts, free products, affiliate interests, personal relationships, or other benefits connected to the experience.
  • Do not review your own business, coordinate praise or attacks, threaten a review to obtain unrelated benefits, or accept an incentive for posting, editing, or removing a review.

Evidence without exposing people

You may provide order dates, amounts, product or batch identifiers, tracking events, support timelines, payment status, photographs, and relevant excerpts. Remove names, addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, account numbers, complete tracking numbers, payment credentials, and unrelated private conversation.

Only post a private test report or document when you own it, the owner authorized publication, or it is already legitimately public. Do not alter results or remove context that changes what the evidence means.

Vendor responses

An approved Vendor account may acknowledge the issue, correct a factual point, explain policy, request non-sensitive information privately, and describe a proposed or completed resolution in the member's Vendor Reviews thread. A response must not reveal customer data, pressure the reviewer, condition support on deletion, or recruit others to overwhelm the discussion.

Moderation process

  1. Use Report on the relevant post, or Contact us when a public report would expose private information.
  2. Staff may request a concise timeline and supporting material from the member and Vendor, remove private data, label disputed claims, or temporarily limit replies.
  3. Staff may keep a negative opinion visible even when a Vendor disagrees. Unsupported factual allegations, altered evidence, harassment, coordinated manipulation, or unrelated private material may be corrected, limited, or removed.
  4. Staff may record the matter as resolved, partially resolved, or unresolved. The forum does not act as a court, laboratory, payment processor, insurer, or transaction guarantor.

A member or Vendor may make one private, evidence-based appeal through Contact us. Do not reopen a closed dispute through duplicate threads or alternate accounts.
