Zero Peps/ Bunk Kits

Peter Magic of Janoshik announced today that their testing has exceeded 12k, with 798 Zero Peps identified this month.
Is there a place where this was shared?

Do you know how the peps break down; did he say anything about that?

Should this prove accurate, I would hand over money to get a roster of the vendors at fault from him. I'm tired of these sellers who wreck confidence in what might otherwise be a flourishing market.

That works out to more than 6.6%... Wow...

True, though...

During the lab tour video, he touched on it for a moment. Those cases involved resellers checking out new suppliers.

That differs from the danger of getting a vial with nothing in it when you place an order.

I'm on board with paying PM for per-vendor stats. He'd earn more money and wouldn't have to do any testing. Is there any channel to pitch this to him?

If a video covering this month's numbers exists, I'd be interested in watching it.

That said, the clip you're referring to was mostly suppliers vetting new sources, and I did watch it.

What I said didn't come from a video. It came out of a discussion that happened today.

thanks for passing along that link. Tz was what I mainly zeroed in on, so it's notable that overfill turned out to be the leading reason for Tz failures. A fresh vial of compounded pharmacy Tz is what I began yesterday — no additives at all, plain Tz — and even after a slight increase, it definitely hits weaker than what I had last week. Could the pharmacy have reconned something like a 90% fill? Probably I'll nudge it higher again next week. Although honestly, maybe I'm simply hungry!!

I screwed up by placing an order via Global Sources, and it cost me 681 dollars. The agent sent a replacement shipment, but it contained even more useless product. My guess is the seller was just a reshipper with no idea what was actually in the packages, since they put a lot of effort into trying to fix things—they could have simply vanished on me and that would have been that.

Still, this whole situation has me questioning the grey market entirely. The trouble is, in my view compounding is on its way out, and the only alternative left is getting price-gouged by Eli Lilly.

So I'm going to give it another shot, this time with either Andy Peps or ERP, and I'm hoping things turn out better.

With APS, my experience has been positive across the board up to now. For APS there's a solid Telegram, plus a solid group testing APS group where the main APS feed (vendor-operated) and the group testing thread openly trade information. (I don't believe this violates the shilling rules—if it does, my apologies.)

Is another purple Lamborghini on his wish list? 😆

Kidding aside, that would be a useful shit list — right up until it gets leaked.

Vendors that approached him for testing won't be identified by name. Keeping their business matters to him. Besides, getting it tested is what they should be doing.

Honestly, the guy is hardly short of cash — he already works with pharma outfits and the government, on water testing as far as I remember?

Peter and Dustin (Vanguard Labs) cover this in the TG AI Regurgitation Station channel, specifically under Lab Chat — a channel that is an absolute gold mine of data and information from people working in the major labs that handle grey market products.

The doc on Google comes from Vanguard, not Jano. Even so, Vanguard has recorded a rise in “non detect” outcomes over the last month.

Peter/Jano put up a post on peppys stating his conclusion that this is bunk raws, probably originating with 1 manufacturer, since the zero peps shared a common wavelength.

Once raws move along to finishers and then further down the distribution channels, the number of zero peps submitted for testing can multiply exponentially.

In the best case, the issue gets stopped early, before it ever gets to the customer, but anyone who has spent a couple of years in this space knows that isn’t guaranteed. That is exactly why testing matters.
