Hi! I guess I worded my first post wrong. Has anyone used cagri and/or tirz with reta and what was your experience? Thank you.

Thank you… i’m just gonna do a lot of googling lol. I don’t think a lot of people like new members around here.cheaperseeker said:
Hello again.
Yes, a lot of people stack 2 or 3 of those. Personally, I have not, but I'd like to suggest using the search function (the little magnifying glass in the corner), and scrolling through until you find what you're looking for, as there have already been a lot of threads started about this. I recommend trying that first whenever you have a question, because most questions that new members ask have already been discussed many times. Searching first helps to keep the forum less convoluted.
Glad to have you here, and good luck!

Being fairly new myself, my impression is a lot of people here are frustrated by newbies not even attempting to find long discussion threads about the brand new question they just had, despite the fact that there are many here, and the answers don't really change. Effort is appreciated from what I've seen.casons1miracle said:

I understand that and I actually did try to find something comparing the two before I ever posted but I never found anything. Thank you for being understanding.AngieHolmes said:

In my case, sometimes the search bar simply refuses to look up things that are "too common."AngieHolmes said:

I started on and am still on reta 1mg 2x a week. every couple of weeks I will add 2.5 mg tirz to help with appetitive control. I do think it helps and helps me from not upping my reta dosage (had skin sensitivity when I above 3g a week). Hope this helps. I chose tirz because I had read cagri can have reconstitution issues, bad sides, and is cheaper. No sides for me with Tirz.casons1miracle said:

I've had that happen, too.lastresort said:

My favorite kind of comment! Intelligent, thoughtful, and respectful of the fact that your observations and insights come from you/your body and can't be blanket-applied to anyone else (because we really all are different). Modeling the N=1 scientist ethos beautifully.CathyGoesFar said:
I stacked tirz and reta when I first got reta because I wanted to transition without coming off glp1s. I did the shots on different days. The tirz definitely has a stronger appetite suppression at lower doses than reta does. Eventually I realized that reta causes a lot less fatigue for me and just moved to straight reta.

Im thinking about doing this same thing. Im on 9mg of reta right now. was on 6mg for the last 6 weeks. Feel like its working but not as well as I would like. Im sort of flat lining the last month or so.Builderman said:
I made my way up to 7mg Reta with great results but the food noise was still very much there. After a month at 7mg instead of moving up in dose, I added 2.5 mg of tirz and just finished a week of that stack. The food noise is completely gone which is exactly what I was looking for. Don’t think I will up my dose of either medication anytime soon, just gonna ride these doses out until I either see my weight no longer going down or the food noise comes back.
