Hey everyone, I hope life is treating you all well. My aim here was to put my story and the progress of the last couple of years into words, and to say hello to the community.
Mounjaro is where this all started, and I was diebetic at the time. I'd come down from 147kg to 90kg by the point I stopped in September.
Retatrutide (5mg/week) took over from the start of September. A further 10kg has come off since, which puts me at 80kg today.
Around 12 weeks back, the "food noise" began creeping in again. 0.5mg of Cagrilintide went into my weekly routine to keep hunger suppression working, and so far it's done the job well. By day 5, though, hunger is returning and food noise is back with it.
All the way through, activity has stayed part of the routine: Wrestling , BJJ and lifting weights.
Now I'm keen to connect with everyone here and keep sharing as this maintenance stretch continues.
Seeing myself at 75KG would be ideal, though I suspect loose skin is holding about 5KG on me.
Feeling cold all the bloody time is the thing bugging me most right now. Any help welcome.

- Side Effects: Hair loss was heavy on Mounjaro. My answer to it was Biotin and Collagen supplementation.

- Observation: The interesting part — the hair loss that came with MJ has stopped on Reta. Strength is up and so is muscle mass.
