If someone gets glp-1’s from a Chinese vendor that additionally carries hgh, is there any reason to worry about possible attention from the authorities — particularly given that government officials have no idea what was really bought?

I'm not following the reasoning — how would any authority know what a given vendor does or doesn't stock? And since these are grey market GLPs anyway, they'd already be under scrutiny.
