I replied and asked why this happened and told them I didn't think this order would be delivered with this discrepancy. I was told the freight forwarder said it would not be an issue...

Just wanted to update everyone about this order.

Delivered in full this evening. Packaging was discreet and well protected.

Everything was delivered. Order placed and paid for on April 14th. Received in full on May 4th. Communication was great. Questions were answered in a timely manner. Even with the stricter shipping inspections, 20 days is about average. I will be placing an order with WKC again soon.
 
I ordered & paid for KLOW80 x 2kits on 4/22, received tracking & product photo 4/25, received product on 5/1, so 9 days from order to in-hand. Great communication, have been using product for 3 days and all seems great! Very pleased!
