Received photos of the items I placed and a tracking number that didn't register on 17T or Uni. After 7 days, I sent a few messages which were promptly answered, but the answers were vague. "Freight forwarder says the packages are in the US and awaiting clearance." Not much more information given after that. It's been 9 days since payment. I really hope they keep their word of "7-12" days, but I am not so optimistic at this point.

Received all 4 kits I ordered this evening. Packaging was discreet and the actual products were very well protected.

Peps in hand 11 days after payment. Good experience with this vendor.

Just placed a huge order after my last positive experience. Huge order for me means over 1K and over a dozen kits.
 
Got USPS tracking on April 10th for my items. Then it was changed to UniUni on the 11th. Since then, UniUni shows awaiting package from shipper. Nothing else. Nova says shipping on hold due to Chinese Customs. But others seem to be getting shipments within decent timeframes with updates. Not sure how to take it.

Paid in full on 04/14. Received photos of all items I purchased on 04/19 with shipping information attached that was partially incorrect.

Shipping should read:

I replied and asked why this happened and told them I didn't think this order would be delivered with this discrepancy. I was told the freight forwarder said it would not be an issue...

I'm resigned to the thought that what I ordered isn't going to to make it past the label. Time will tell....
