Hello all! Wisconsin is where I'm from. My Tirz journey started in Dec 2025 and 35 lbs are down so far. Another 30 is the goal, but feeling great is already where I'm at. Smiling back at that person in the mirror even happens now. Learning is why I'm here. A silent observer is generally what I am, so a lot is what I'm hoping to learn from reading the many topics I've had questions about.
