Has this happened to anybody else, and does anyone have an idea what went on? 2ml of Hospira bac water is what I mixed it with, and it was clear and looked great. Into the refrigerator it went, and a few days later it looked like this, lying on its side. Overnight out of the fridge it has sat, no change. Hard is how the cyrstalls seem, they do not move, and the water is clear...?
