Hi everyone, this is my first post, and I want to explain my reason for joining.

To start, I'm 17 and a half years old, 181cm tall, and I estimate my body fat is somewhere between 12 and 15% (I know it's hard to be sure without a test, but I think this is close).

I already have some basic understanding of things like glp-1 antagonists, but there's always more to learn.

My aim is to gain enough solid knowledge to know which cycle to run.

I plan to build up all that knowledge over this year, so that by next September, when I'm at university, I'll know what to order.

Sadly, with strict parents, getting anything before I move out is almost impossible.

If you have any questions, just ask me.

Hello and welcome!

Here is what I would tell you to do:

(1) Do not hurry into ANYTHING. Time is heavily on your side. Take advantage of that time and choose what serves your body best over the long haul.

(2) The very first move — before you even finish this post — is to locate a licensed physician you feel comfortable speaking candidly with. That person should go over your current health from multiple angles, talk through your health and wellness goals, and, as part of that process, figure out which diagnostics (extensive blood work included) you require before you start tinkering with your body. Today I literally sent my own 19-year-old child to the doctor because he wanted to talk about peptides.

(3) Do not put a damn thing into your body until you have talked it over with a doctor. I took that same advice myself, and I am very glad I did. You probably do not realize how many risks are specific to you.

(4) Do not even consider purchasing anything from anybody before you turn 18. And absolutely do not buy anything until after you have talked to a doctor, had your blood work done, and then returned to the doctor to go over those results.

(5) Build the habit of reading anything and everything available to you, then going through it all a second time. Yes, you can read and write English, but that is not sufficient. Even after 3x through something, you will be stunned by how much you still do not grasp. I am in my 40s, and I still revisit old videos, posts, research papers, and notes (and yes, you ought to take notes on whatever you read).

(6) Do not hand money to anyone on any site you happen to visit. Scammers are everywhere, and they will absolutely deceive you.

(7) What the hell are you doing? Did I not say in point (2) above that you should see a doctor before continuing to read?

All joking aside, welcome. But stay safe.
