Where to store this Bac Water after use?

How much are you pinning a week?
 
After I crack a vial I just keep my bac water in the fridge.

For me it’s about minimizing temp swings and contamination over a few weeks, since the peptides cost way more than the water.

You can store at the fridge but before you use it again leave it at room temperature for some time (this step is important To help the benzyl alcohol that has separated return to the ideal temperature to dissolve again in order to have again 0.9mg/mL) agitate to help , and then use it

So when people reconstitute things like tirz and then freeze or refrigerate it, won't that mean benzyl alcohol will separate at low temps still?

Many have tried & have had no issues w Tirz

When I researched this very issue, I found nothing to explain it...

My research about this started for the following reason:

I make my own BAC water. I have access to sterilized water and benzyl alcohol, a good scale, and it's extremely easy to create my own water.

In the beginning, I made extra water so I could store it. But I noticed that when I took out the 30ml vial where I kept the BAC water, the glass walls were slightly cloudy. At that point, I researched what it could be and then I found that the most likely cause was the benzyl alcohol separating from the water because it had been refrigerated. So I heated the vial to approximately 77ºF and the walls of the vial quickly became clear. Since then, I have only made the amount of BAC water needed at the moment and decided not to store it. In other words, I had solved this problem.

But then I thought about the exact same question you asked, since we normally store our reconstituted peptides in the refrigerator... but I didn't find anything...

Logically, the same phenomenon will happen... but the truth is that I've never had problems with contamination of reconstituted peptides (even after several months of use). On the other hand, I always filter with 0.20µm PES filters.

Your question makes perfect sense, but I can't give you an answer.
