BPC157 does not break down in stomach acid, which makes it one of the rare peptides that can be taken by mouth.
After researching it, what I found was that taking BPC orally appears to mainly help with GI problems, while systemic benefits are only slight. It works the other way around too. When BPC is injected subcutaneously, the systemic effects tend to be stronger and the GI effects weaker.
An alternative is to simply use standard reconstituted BPC. Forget about injecting it — instead squirt it into a beverage and drink it, aiming to get the most GI benefit possible. Swallowing sterile BPC is not something your body will object to, so there is no problem with doing it that way.
