I have been dosing reta for abouth a month now. Standard starting 2g per the studies.

I reconstituted a 10mg vial with 1ml of bacteriostatic water. Everytime I dose I follow standard procedure, wash hands, use swabs, insert need to vial and pull back to the 21-22 mark tap and push the plunger back up to the 20 mark; expelling air bubles and some liquid.

Upon looking at my vial today after by 4th dosage there's maybe 10 units...1mg of liquid left. By my calculation I should have around 5 full doses. Where did the other milligram go?

A very small amount gets stuck in the needle. Not enough to cause this. The scale on needles are not perfict, neither are your eyes. I have heard of amazon syringes can have the scale be quite far off. I would describe what your seeing as normal. Next time reconstitute with 1.1ml of bac to counteract this if you want. Most of my peps are overfill 15-20% anywheys.

The test sheet I got with mine read 11.3mg yes I don't doubt it's likely overfilled too.

BAC left in the syringe during recon

PEP left in the syringe during pins

Probably overpulling beyond the unit lines too.

All could be factors.

Also honestly sometimes you think its low until you actually pull. Multiple times i thought it was gonna be short until I pull and its actually exactly what I needed.

It also happened to me with my first Vial. Clearly there should be 2 doses be left, so about 0,3ml in the Vial and the dose before there was some liquid there. But half a week later the liquid was gone. I think this is because I haven't placed the vial upstanding and maybe the liquid escaped through the rubber cap.

This. Last two R60 I did with 3ml, I figured 6-7 doses at 45units/.45ml. We do the 4th dose, I look in the vial and say, I'll need to recon a couple more vials, I do and we end up gettting 6 pins out of the first ones. Both wife and I are at 9mg.

All these answers are too logical. Why is no one even suggesting that peptide elves might be blasting their micrograms while you sleep?

Although many of the replies are possible, might i suggest on your next recon you add more BAC.

This leaves much more room for error with a less concentrated dose.

pinning .20 may be part of your issue.

That said.. only losing .10 ml in 5 doses could result from minor errors in recon and injection alone.

Try 2ml BAC and .40 dose

Edit to .10ml 😛

I noticed this too when finishing my last vial and the realized I got sprayed in the face because I pushed to much air into the vial😅
