Where can Survo be purchased?

I'm considering a change from tirz + cag to tirz + survo, since survo brings a glucagon agonist along with effects that lower liver fat and uric acid.
 
After 6mos on Tz+Survo, the first batch of labs came back. My ALT went down to 14. Previously it was 18, which already pleased me a lot, but the new number is even more favorable.

One note: I still have roughly 10 # left before reaching my final goal.
