What's your Tirz dose and how long have you been using it?

Hey everyone! Following the title, I'm curious how many mg you're on and how long you've been taking it.

I've just hit the three-month mark and I'm at 5-6mgs, still figuring out my sweet spot.

Down 18kgs since July, going well.

I've been on it for 7 months and am at 10mg right now. Down 35 kg (about 30%).

Micro titrating from 5mg up to 7.5 worked really well for me. I spread that increase across 4 of those months.

Broadly speaking, about 2-3 years. For a full year it's been continuous, apart from 3-4 weeks missed because of illness. Right now I'm on 16mg weekly and have dropped 90lbs.

Between 2022 and 2023 I dropped 50kgs without GLP, going from 143kgs down to 93kgs. Over the following years I put more than 20 of those back on, and in January 2026 I started again at 114.9kgs, getting down to 108.

Then in July 2026 I began MJ at 112kgs, and today I'm at 94.9 — 20kgs below where I was in January and nearly at my lowest ever.
