What’s your "sweet spot" for fluid volume per injection?

What liquid volume do you usually aim for with each injection, and what do you consider the "sweet spot"?

I’m currently at 0.25 mL per dose. However, I’m wondering if there are any benefits to diluting it more (lower concentration and a larger volume of fluid) like better absorption, or if it makes zero difference biologically.

On the flip side, does a larger volume of fluid under the skin just cause unnecessary skin tension or discomfort, or do you prefer having a bit more liquid to inject? How do you guys reason around concentration versus total fluid volume per pin?
 
I tend to aim for between 0.2-0.3ml as I’m used to split dosing kwikpens which have a full dose of 0.6ml. So if you want more liquid it would be reasonable to go to this, but people do do more it really is personal preference and you won’t know until you try. The larger the volume the more likely you are to get bruising or a lump forming. It would go down as the pep is absorbed tho. Plenty of people use larger volumes particularly with ghk-cu etc
 
I’ve injected anywhere from 0.22mL to 0.65mL with tirz. I like a lower volume (under 0.4mL) just because I find it easier to wield a syringe at that volume. When I do start reconning, I want to keep the volume low, like 0.15-20mL so I can use up my 30 unit/0.3mL syringes and/or use as few pen cartridges as possible.

It’s the only peptide that I don’t use a pen for, mostly because I’m still working with my compounded stash and since I don’t need to reconstitute, it can just stay in its vial.
 
I prefer to stay under .3ml since that's my most stocked syringe size and it has been an inconsequential volume comfort wise.

That being said, I have a weekly 2ml SQ injection that's also inconsequential in terms of comfort.

I always try to make it 10 units per mg.
 
Usually .1-.2ml for peps. Doesn't really matter though. I just like .3ml syringes because I'm old and they're easy to read.

I’m glad you said this because I have a few 10 unit pins and I thought that was really low —glad to know it’s not!

If it makes you feel better (😂).... my Sema dose is .05ml/5 units.

The math definitely becomes easy that way, but what dose are you currently on?

If someone gets up to higher doses like 10 mg or 15 mg, that would mean injecting 1.0 mL to 1.5 mL at that 10 units/mg ratio. In those cases, do you split that into two separate injection sites, or do you just pin the whole 1.0–1.5 mL in one go?

My answer would be to not use that concentration unless some other factor was at play... but I inject 2ml every week in a single SQ injection, not a big deal.

depends on what I am pinning.

Currently my t30 is 30mg/1ml

easy to fill with 1ml and draw 1/2 for 15mg dose.

On Gluta I did 1ml pins, kinda spicy

600mg/1ml

hcg 250iu/.25ml I have to recon with 5000iu/5ml so easy math

Ye, i read that so wrong, my brain went 1 mg per 0.1 mL/10 units, now it makes so much more sense, thanks for clarifying tho!
 
I take a lot of peps, so for me, I dilute most things so the the dose i take is in 10 units. It makes it easy for me to draw several syringes at the same time and not have to remember dosage, just 10 units.There are a few things like nad+ that this doesn't work for.
