So I need some advice on what to start next.

I'm looking at a number of peptides and yes, I know it's all about what goal is. Considering I'm 40 female with weight loss beingmy top priority. I want to know what everyone feels is important to have in their rotation.

I am currently on Reta 4 milligrams considering going up due to weight not moving. I've always struggled with my weight no matter how healthy I am.

I am also on 5 amino 1mq, mots ss31 bpc TA1 and selank.

I am considering aod9604, ghk cu, kpv, L carnatine, epitalan, and NAD. Before I drop more cash I would appreciate some suggestions on what to wait on and or skip. If there's something I should consider please let me know.

I added Reta low dose to my standard Tirz recently (10mg to 1mg, ramping up to 10/2 in a few weeks) as my weight loss had stalled at 41 lbs lost.

I also purchased some Cagrilintide as an appetite supressant, and am considering that as an alternate to the Tirz/Reta combo, or possibly in place of the Reta. Dosage I'm considering is 10mg/.25mg starting, and ramp up weekly to 10mg/2mg.

I'd love to hear other strategies to continue the weight loss as the effect of the current meds wane.

Increase your dose, and buy more reta. These other peptides are nice, and may work for you, but have no real data behind them, besides word of mouth.

Kimmie, I think you are taking too many peptides at once. When you have many peptides hitting the same pathway, they become less effective and diminish your results. And, they can also lead to increased inflammation which you are trying to minimize. If I were you, I would do a reset and run Reta (4mg) by itself for 2 weeks then add MOTS-C + NAD into your protocol for another 2 weeks. This stack will activate AMPK and increase fat burning, reduce inflammation, boost mitochondrial efficiency and improve recovery. Once you complete this stack for 2 weeks then add SS31 for mitochondria repair. If you are not losing weight, then I would include AOD9604 for fat mobilization support.

This is assuming you are eating a clean high protein diet and are exercising with strength training and light aerobics, even if its walking after a meal. Be sure you are taking in enough calories, ~1600 - 1800. I hope this helps!

I definitely rotate my peptides. That's just what I currently have in my fridge. I try not to take more than four at a time that way I know what is working. I do agree, I think I will reset with reta at five milligrams then add in AOD. I think it's important to give my body a break from peptides. I do take 2 days off with no injection every week.

I'm at the gym 4 days a week.I stay around 1600calories and 140 grams of protein a day. I'm a health nut and avoid processed foods completely. l have always been chunky though. At least I have a good shape though.

Thank you for the advice.

The newest option is not always the best. Reta doesn't decrease appetite as much as Tirzepitide. Since you've been on reta already, you should be ok to start at 5 mg of tirz weekly. Increase dose by 2.5 mg every 4 weeks only if you are not losing weight, up to 15 mg per week. If you are losing weight - even if it's slowly - stay at the lowest effective dose, as this gives more room to increase later, if you need to. If that doesn't work, only then would I consider adding in something else, like reta or cagri.

I'm really regretting skipping Sema and Tirz to go straight to Reta - just not having any effect on my appetite/hunger.

Tesa is more of a proven performer for fat reduction than AOD. I never saw any benefit to AOD, but YMMV.

This is what I am debating because if I am understanding correctly that tesa is for body fat where I need help with legs and arms. This is why Aod sounded more promising. But if tesa is better then I can go that route.

I don’t think the tesa mechanism for targeting VAT (visceral fat) is particularly well understood, but it is proven and FDA approved specifically for that. But overall tesa is an hgh secretogoblin, stimulating your body to release more of its own endogenous HGH. Which is good for burning fat in general. I’ve never read or heard about anything in our gray universe targeting arm and leg fat.

AOD was extensively studied by Big Pharma (chasing $$$) but eventually abandoned. I gave it a shot (lol pun) but gave up after a kit. Also tended to gel frequently.

You seem to be throwing a lot of peptides into your system all at the same time there, I wouldn't even know where to troubleshoot without stripping them all out and starting again.

Instead of looking at the peptides and adding even more in, I'd look at:

1) What is your diet and calorie intake looking like now? -Are you in a deficit?

2) Are you eating 1g of protein per day for every 1lb in weight you are?

3) How much exercise are you doing, especially resistance training of some sort if you can as this helps massively? If not, thinks like 10k steps a day.

4) Are you getting enough sleep?

5) Are you drinking enough water?

This. I know a lot of people are resistant to tracking calories, but I think it is really important. First, the meds don't make you lose weight, you have to be in a deficit. Second, it is important to learn how to eat healthy for the long term. We didn't get here by having the best diet.

I would also add something I don't think gets talked about enough. Ultimately, in the long term, it is not about eating less, it is about transitioning to less calorie dense foods. We didn't get here as a society becuse our bodies changed, we got here becuse our food did. I strongly believe getting back to a less processed, less calorie dense diet is essential.

I am a very healthy eater and work out 4 days a week with weights.

Sleep is one thing I am working on getting better at. Protein 100 grams a day or more and calories around 1600 most days or less. Food has never been my issue.I don't like sweets and I don't eat processed foods due to being allergic to corn. Just my body likes to be chunky.

I don't do all those peptides at once. I just tend to order in bulk because well with $50 dollar shipping, you might as well get as much as you can when you order.

I don't believe in lying to yourself saying this is high fiber so carbs don't count or it's just a little. I make sure I hold myself accountable because its important to me.

I like peptides, because it's about finding what works for you. If it was down to eating healthy well I would be like a size 2 but my body has other plans.

A lot of people out there think weight is purely about diet and exercise, but there are so many other factors involved. Yes, it basically boils down to calories in/calories out, but everyone's body is different, and some burn many more or fewer calories than average.

I haven't really looked into it, but I'm not convinced GLPs don't also help with metabolism. There have been several times that I have eaten close to what I used to, but still lost weight when I weighed myself the next day, especially the closer I am to when I took my last dose. I have been weighing daily for a long time, so I know what my body does when I eat certain foods, and there is definitely a change since starting GLPs.

Dang 1600cal/day gym 4x a week and 4mg of reta and you're still not losing weight? What's your bmr?

AOD has no research supporting efficacy. There are people who swear it works and people who say it’s worthless. Research supports the latter. Plus it’s temperamental and gels if not reconned correctly.

I tried it years ago when it reconned fine without “speshul” recon solutions and I can’t say it helped; I didn’t lose any faster when I took it than without it. I second going up on Reta.

I'm going to go against the grain and recommend that you get bloodwork done before considering adding anything else, with focus on your hormone levels, thyroid, and also any common deficiencies. Considering your age, HRT could do a lot more than what you get from peptides. Men always say that reta + test + hgh is the god stack. For women, e/p/t is the goddess stack if you're >40.
