Hopefully this question makes sense — you can test, and you hopefully take every precaution, but I read that janoshik found roughly 1 in 25 vials failed? That got me thinking in general: what actually happens if a bad vial slips through despite all your precautions, and does anyone here have firsthand experience with that? If someone uses a fake or failed vial, do you simply start noticing that nothing is happening anymore? And if it's contaminated in some way, could you end up with skin infections or bad reactions or something along those lines? I realize the worst-case scenarios could of course be much worse, but I'm just trying to understand this better. From everything I've read here so far, it seems to be a matter of 'when' rather than 'if', yet I haven't seen many people talking about it actually happening to them.
