What does a vendor mean by "trade hashes" for a BTC payment?

I'm still pretty new at this — I've only sent 5 crypto BTC payments to vendors here before, and every one of those went smoothly. Each time I was quoted the amount owed in BTC and got a QR code to scan for payment. Yesterday I ordered from a vendor I hadn't used before. This time the amount owed came to me in US dollars instead of BTC, and the payment address was just typed out. I asked the vendor to confirm their payment address and to send me a QR code. They did send a QR code, I scanned it and paid, and then I sent them a screenshot of the transaction the way they asked. Today they emailed me: "Dear, I need to trade hashes. Can you provide them to me?" I wrote back asking them to clarify, since I don't know what they mean by hashes. While I wait for their reply, could someone explain what it is they're actually asking for? I'll attach the screenshot I sent them showing the payment (I removed their BTC address for privacy).

When you open one of your transactions, you should see a fuller "receipt" that shows the transaction #
