Hello, rehab is why I am here, after an L2 fracture many years back put sports, the gym and life itself on hold. BB and powerlifting were a big part of my years until the accident ended that. The gym and a few other things lost their appeal. Old school supplements were something I knew well, and these days the new age of performance supplements is a subject I am loving getting into.
