hey everyone, just joined this forum. I'm a 21 year old college student and for the past 2 years distance running has been a big part of my life. Every day I cover 10 miles, and more recently I've added gym sessions too, so now it's 6 days weekly at the gym once my run is done. My pattern is 9 miles out, then lifting with upper and lower body on alternating days, then the final mile back home. I came here wanting to fine-tune my routine and figure out what will keep me healthy and make recovery smoother before the next workout.

Hey there, friend. You've come to the right spot. For athletes, peptides can assist with quite a few different areas. To begin, I'd suggest running a cycle of KLOW — it supports a wide range of things, starting with muscle recovery, and that's only scratching the surface. There's also MOT-C, SS31, CJC1295 w/Ipa, AOD9604, IGF1/IGF1 LR3, and MK66, among plenty of others. My advice is to start with that, then simply have Ai put together a list of every peptide that would benefit you, tailored to your weekly routine, along with the supporting data, pros, and cons. Hope this is useful to you.

Appreciate the reply—I'm going to check out klow for sure. bcp-157 shows up everywhere, but mot-c keeps getting praised on this forum, so that's another one I want to research!

KLOW combines BPC157, TB500, GHK, and KPV. It has become quite popular.
