Hi all,

It feels great to finally join this community, and I plan to become more active here over time.

As for my background in fitness: roughly nine years of training, though it has been stop-and-start. Several years ago I did a heavy bulk- I gained a solid amount of muscle, yet my approach was not very disciplined. A textbook dirty bulk. The mass showed up, and so did plenty of fat I did not want.

Now my goal is body recomposition- getting a leaner, more defined look while keeping the muscle I built through hard work. Progress is slower this way, but this time I am determined to do it properly.

I am currently in week 3 of using Reta, and it has already proven very worthwhile for me. I am eager to pick up knowledge from all of you!

Welcome — glad you've joined us.

That bulk phase is something plenty of us have been through, and it's great that you're going at this with more intention now. Recomp can feel slow, but it pays off once the definition starts showing while the muscle you built stays put.

Glad Reta's helping you already. Looking forward to seeing you around and following how your journey unfolds.

Thanks! That means a lot to me!
