Welcome back to my weekly GHK-Cu review. I know it can be difficult to trust what people say online, so I’ll be sharing my experience as honestly as possible. Here’s how my first week went:
Day 1:
My first injection was before bed, about two inches away from my belly button. It hurt quite a bit, felt very uncomfortable, and left a mark. I also felt as though I could feel it moving through my body, but I believe that was probably a placebo effect. Either way, it felt strange and disorienting.
Day 2:
The mark on my stomach was slightly itchy and stung throughout the day. While showering, I also noticed some hair shedding, which is unusual for me. It has happened before, though, and I don’t believe the peptide could have affected me that quickly, so I’m treating it as a coincidence.
I also began injecting subcutaneously into my upper glute. Injecting into my left upper glute caused no pain or stinging at all. I’ve been alternating sides, but injections on my right side hurt significantly more for some reason, so I may stick with the left side for now.
Day 3:
I began breaking out fairly badly. I normally have very clear skin and rarely experience acne. As I mentioned in my previous post, I model, so this was especially frustrating.
Day 4:
The breakout became worse.
Day 5:
My girlfriend mentioned that my hair looked shinier than usual. She has said this before, so I’m treating it as a coincidence for now.
Day 6:
My breakout began clearing up slightly, although it was still noticeable.
Day 7:
The breakout continued to improve gradually but was still present.
TL;DR:
I found that subcutaneous injections in my upper glute were much more comfortable than injecting into my stomach. I also experienced a noticeable breakout during the week, although it had started improving by Day 7.
Thanks for reading! I’ll see you all next week. I’m happy to answer any additional questions about my experience.
