Waking to a stabbing stomach ache on glp-1

A couple of months into reta and tirz now and I notice that I keep waking with a stabbing stomach ache. It is not hunger, just a pain down my side. Has anyone else had this happen?

Reta is the only thing I use. Getting checked out by a doctor would be my advice. Pain is never a good sign

Yeah. Get it looked at by a doctor. Reta slows digestion down, so that might be causing a backup, but having a professional examine you is the right move.
