Vendor price lists

My suggestion is that vendors either be required, or at least given the choice, to publish their price lists (and possibly their inventory) right on their profile here, along with the date it was posted. That way we can tell how current the pricing is, and we won't keep having to hand over our personal details just to reach out and request it first.

Doing this would cut down on time spent for vendors and consumers alike, reduce inbox clutter, and might push vendors to sharpen their pricing once they notice competitors offering the same peps for less.

Since they already tend to share COA's, whether by linking or by uploading a doc, this shouldn't add much extra hassle.

In my experience, a few vendors actually share their price list right inside their own threads.

Yes, I've come across that too, and it made things really easy — that's actually what gave me the idea. What I'm proposing, though, is that they could publish it right on their profile, so there's 1 simple spot where it can be located.

I don't know whether this forum supports it, but sharing a pastebin or github gist link straight away would be even better. Sure, a few vendors do share their links, and that's fine. Each vendor has their own way of promoting themselves, but honestly it reaches a point where it just comes across as spam. That's especially true when vendors let several reps publish identical content.
