Vendor halts orders because freight forwarder hasn't delivered existing shipments

My vendor's freight forwarder appears to be struggling — orders that were already placed still haven't arrived.

As a result, they aren't taking orders for the China warehouse right now... and the stateside warehouse doesn't carry what I'm after.

Is anyone else hearing the same thing?

( ... still far better than accepting orders and money and then delivering nothing for a long, long time... )

A DIFFERENT vendor told me:

"We have suspended the acceptance of new international logistics orders in China warehouse because of the influence of APEC"

This brief pause was already brought up earlier. My vendor isn't taking orders at the moment because the freight forwarder has not delivered the current orders yet.
