vendor connect vs marketplace vendor??

can someone tell me what the difference is between " Vendor connection" and "marketplace vendors" ?

Good question. I was wondering the same. The only difference I notice was vendor connection is premium sponsors and marketplace is sponsors. Maybe its a different tier for sponsorship. I may be wrong this is only an educated guess.

I think the ones in Connection are the OG’s. Not a good, better, best thing. They’ve just been on the forum longer.

What determines the order the premium vendors appear in? It's neither alphabet nor time of last message, doesn't seem to be time of joining either as far as I can see. What is it?
