Using 1 pen for multiple cartridges

Thanks for every response, everyone, I appreciate it. I figured it was probably possible, though resetting the plunger could interfere with the settings for each cartridge. I guess I'll check with her whether she's willing to spring for 3 pens!! 😀

@on2jinm this one is strange: for weeks she had no problems with the usual 31g 8mm syringes, rotating injection spots and drawing from the same vial, then out of nowhere she reports pain even though nothing has changed. I tried changing the syringes, changing the peptides, and so on, but it still hurts. Nothing she uses has caused me any reaction either, since I tested it on myself as a guinea pig for her. From what I remember, she previously used those 32g micro needles, I believe 4mm, and stayed on them for months without any trouble, so I was simply wondering whether it makes sense in practice for her to use 3 peptides with a pen.
On Amazon I pick up 34G 4mm needles. Compared with 32 they're only a slight improvement, yet they do make things easier.
I still haven't watched 34. Are they prone to bending?
Apologies for taking so long to reply. Because these are so short, they don't bend while you inject. If you use them to draw from the vial, bending can happen, but since I use luer locks, I pick a thicker and longer needle for drawing instead (this also keeps the shot more comfortable, as the vial doesn't blunt it).

It's totally fine!! I wasn't aware that non-pen tips came in this gauge. I assumed you meant a pen tip 🙂

For pen needles, 33G 4mm is the thinnest option I've come across (Amazon carries them too). With syringes, though, I go with 34G 4mm. I'm a total wimp overall.

When it comes to needles, I'm not sure anyone out there is more of a scaredy-cat than me (not exactly something worth boasting about), lolllll. That said, I've noticed that applying ice does make a difference. Even so, each and every time, the jitters still show up.

IM shots are a no-go for me, not because of nerves but because I know I could never manage it, and that quick jab technique people suggest just isn't something I can do.
With pens, there are times I simply rely on the pen's own weight to push the needle through (frequently into my thigh, sitting on the floor, haha), and when it won't pierce, I kind of twist it about in the same spot until it finally sinks in.
